The House

Inside, the central living pavilion rises beneath vaulted timber ceilings, where a stone fireplace anchors the space and large windows frame the surrounding landscape.

The interiors feel generous and relaxed, designed for time spent together. A long dining table invites extended meals and conversation, while the kitchen features premium appliances and expansive marble preparation space.

Whether cooking together or welcoming a private chef, the layout allows the home to move easily between quiet moments and shared gatherings.

Outdoor Living and Wellness

Life at Stonehaven extends naturally outdoors.

A magnesium lap pool sits within the gardens, offering a peaceful place to swim or unwind beneath wide hinterland skies. Lawns stretch out around the home, creating space for both connection and privacy.

The estate also includes a private sauna and a fully equipped gym, allowing guests to maintain their routine or simply slow down and recharge.

Evenings often gather around the fire pit, where open flame cooking and conversation continue long after sunset.

Bangalow village is less than ten minutes away and offers cafés, restaurants and boutique stores. Byron Bay’s beaches and coastal walks are just twenty minutes from the estate.

Despite its proximity to the coast, the setting here feels wonderfully secluded.

Additional Information

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the residence and surrounding grounds.

Horses and stables are located outside the main property perimeter and are not available for guest use.

Stonehaven is personally hosted, with guests welcomed on arrival. Curated services including private chefs and wellness practitioners can be arranged upon request.

A $10,000 security pre-authorisation is required prior to check-in.

A call out fee of AUD 1000 may apply if attendance at the property is required due to misconduct or breach of house rules.

Parties, pets and events are not permitted without prior written approval.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Guests are welcome to smoke in the designated outdoor area at the fire pit. If smoking on any verandah or balcony, please ensure all nearby doors and windows remain closed to prevent smoke from entering the house.
Please dispose of all cigarette butts responsibly using a suitable ashtray or bin. Additional cleaning fees may apply if evidence of indoor smoking or improper disposal of cigarette waste is found.
