You will be checking yourself in with a lockbox.

The property is situated in a building with reception and building concierge staff, kindly note that we have no connection with the building's operations.
The receptionists, building concierge, and/or management will not be able to help you with any aspect of your booking, including luggage storage and key pick-up/drop-off. They may only be able to assist with matters concerning common areas and facilities in the building (i.e. the pool and gym), and the building at large.

EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS

We suggest planning in advance for a 2pm check-in. We will notify you as soon as your place is ready. If you require access in the morning of your check-in date, please consider booking the night before if it is available.
If you need to check in early, please give us advance notice so we may check our availability. Although we try our best to accommodate early check-ins, it's important to note that we don't have another room to offer you. If a guest is checking out on the same day as your arrival, our housekeeping team needs time to prepare the place. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS

Late check-out requests may be possible depending on our availability and housekeeping schedules, and we will make every effort to help you. If you need to check out later than 12pm, you will need to pay an extra night's fee via the Airbnb Resolution Centre. This must be paid the night before your check-out date. Otherwise, our housekeeping team will arrive to conduct the changeover clean at the regular check-out time of 10am.

We offer baby equipment rental services during your stay. These items include high-chairs, port-a-cots (with padding included), baby baths, and additional linen and towels. For the safety of your child, and in compliance with the ACCC Infant sleep products mandatory standards, please note that additional pillows will not be provided as part of this package. If your child requires specific accommodations, please ensure they are brought with you from home. Kindly contact us for more details if needed.
