Stunning Magens Bay Views from Villa Pallina Estate

Sitting atop Peterborg, separating world famous Magens Bay from the Atlantic Ocean, this Caribbean luxury villa captures incredible views of the sea and nearby, Magen’s Bay Beach. Pallina features a pool and accommodations for ten spread across four bedrooms and common areas. Thanks to numerous openings to the terrace, Pallina enjoys the fresh sea breeze, natural sunlight, and a social open-air flow throughout its entire estate.

Inside, you’ll appreciate Pallina’s fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning throughout the estate. There’s a formal dining area with seating for 10 inside and alfresco dining areas on the upper terrace for 8 and on the lower terrace for 6. There is a barbecue conveniently located directly outside the kitchen door on the main level. On the lower terrace, you’ll love lounging in the sun, and splashing around in the sparkling salt water swimming pool with views of Magens Bay.

Pallina is equipped with four bedrooms total. In the main house you will have access to 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with a king bed and stunning views. The master bedroom boasts an updated master bath and a walk in closet as well direct access to the upper terrace. In the second bedroom, Magens Guest Room, you will find a queen bed with beautiful views of the bay, direct access to the upper terrace and access to a Jack & Jill bath shared with the Garden Guest Room. The 3rd bedroom, The Garden Guest room, has a king bed (which can be split into two Twin XL beds upon request) and access to the shared Jack and Jill bath with Magens Guest Room. There is a powder room just a step outside the Garden Guest Room door as well. There is television in every bedroom equipped with ROKU and access to streaming services along with a television/entertainment system in the main living area.

The pool level casita apartment has a private entrance with direct access to the pool, a bathroom, and two additional beds. The main living area has a king bed, kitchenette, television, seating area, and direct access to a private terrace with beautiful views across Magens Bay. The cozy private bedroom in the apartment has a queen bed and television.

Feel like exploring? St. Thomas is known for its incredible snorkeling, kayaking, and scuba diving tours that take you around the island’s gorgeous inlets and mangroves. If you’d prefer to stay dry, check out some of the island’s most important historical sites, like Black Beard’s Castle, Tombstone Rock, and Ninety-Nine Steps. . When it’s time to head for the beach, Magens Bay, Hull Bay, Coki Point, and Lindbergh beaches are all within ten-kilometers.

The island’s capital, Charlotte Amalie, is where you’ll find most of St. Thomas’ boutique shops, restaurants, and nightlife establishments. However, the furthest reaches of St. Thomas are easily accessible in a short drive, making the entire island yours to discover.

NO WEDDINGS. NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS. We have a strict 10 person maximum occupancy rule. We do not have the insurance to cover any additional guests (even those who are not spending the night) nor do we have event insurance.

7 night minimum booking for Holiday's. No check-in's or check-out's on some observed holidays (please inquire). Unless your rental is a 14 day or more rental, no bookings shall cross over 2 holidays.

There is a security camera located on the driveway facing the main gate. This camera is not hidden, is for the safety of the villa, its occupants, and the community and is always on.

There is a live deck camera located on the upper deck facing out across Magens Bay. This camera does not record audio and is orientated in a way that none of the property is in the feed, nor any of the common areas in the Peterborg neighborhood. This is to insure the privacy of all residents and guests.
