Escape to a spacious 5,600 sq ft home designed for groups to relax and unwind. Featuring a heated pool, home theater, and gym, it sits in a quiet residential setting backing onto forest. With four king bedrooms and additional guest rooms, it comfortably sleeps up to 16 without crowding. Enjoy multiple living areas, a large kitchen, and outdoor space, all just minutes from London’s restaurants, shopping, and attractions.
This spacious multi-level home is designed to comfortably host larger groups, with a mix of open gathering areas and private spaces across three levels.

The lower level features a walk-out to the pool, along with a home theater with a theater-style popcorn machine and snack bar, gym, one bedroom, and a three-piece bathroom.
The main floor includes an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with a gas fireplace, as well as one bedroom (which can also be used as a playroom), a home office with a piano and a selection of board games, a laundry room, and a half bath.
The upper level offers three king bedrooms and one queen bedroom with a full and 2 half baths between them. The primary suite includes fourth king bed and private ensuite with a two-person shower and jacuzzi tub.
The home staircases between levels. Baby gates are available for stairways upon request.
Guests have access to the full home and outdoor areas, including the pool, yard, deck, and all living spaces. Other than the three locked storage rooms in the basement and one locked closet in the primary bedroom are reserved for host use and are not accessible to guests.
This is a privately owned family home, and we ask that all furnishings and personal items be treated with care and respect during your stay.
The yard is not fenced, and the home includes staircases both inside and outside, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.
Pool use is available between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM (seasonal).
We respect your privacy and aim to provide a smooth, uninterrupted stay, but are always available if needed.

*There is potential for exposure to natural elements such as poison ivy, insects, and ticks beyond the property.
*Seasonal insects, including deer flies, may be present in early to mid-summer due to the surrounding natural environment.
