Welcome to our Rock n' Roll BnB, where music lovers and artists can enjoy the ultimate rockstar experience! Situated in the heart of the Music City, our property boasts incredible features to make your stay unforgettable.

Accommodations: With 5 bedrooms, a lounge area, flex space, a full kitchen, and 3 washrooms, our space comfortably accommodates up to 15-20 guests. Recently updated, the house is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
*Please note that in order to maximize your comfort and privacy, guests will have access to the precise number of bedrooms required for their stay.

Arrival and Living Space: Enter the property through a smart lock with a keypad and be greeted by a cozy living room furnished with comfortable seating, a TV, and 2 arcade machines.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Our kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for cooking, including a stove, cookware, utensils, and a dishwasher. The kitchen area features an island overlooking the living room, perfect for casual dining or enjoying drinks with friends.

Outdoor Patio: Step outside into the spacious outdoor patio area, complete with a custom shed featuring a built-in bar for mixing up your favourite drinks. Relax in the comfortable seating area or gather around the fire pit for a memorable evening with loved ones.



Live Floor: Our jam space/karaoke floor is a haven for music enthusiasts of all levels. Whether you're just starting to explore your passion or striving to perfect your craft, our fully equipped space has everything you need from guitars and amps to microphones and beyond!

Music Studio Upgrade: For those looking to take their musical experience to the next level, we offer an optional upgrade to our fully-equipped music studio. Complete with professional-grade equipment, a vocal booth, and soundproofing, this is the perfect addition for professional musicians or anyone looking to record music during their stay.

Atmosphere

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were very responsive and very organized. The place had great sleeping quarters and a great backyard area to enjoy. Each room in the hoom had many media options which could entertain anyone (tv, video games etc). I look forward to staying at the Rock n Roll bnb next year!

spacious and close to downtown

The place is clean and spacious. Close to downtown area but the neighborhood is safe and quiet. My only suggestion is to change the cooking pots and pans. They are old, rusty and can't be used for cooking.

Great Experience

Celebrated my 50th birthday at one of the coolest places I've stayed at! Very tastefully decorated with lots of little extras provided. Comfortable and spacious bedrooms. The rock and roll artwork and memorabilia give everything a nice touch! And of course I can't forget to mention Dexter the resident cat. He's so adorable and friendly! Thanks Matt and Sean for providing great communication and a fun and pleasant stay! Rock on 🤘

Rock and Roll & Techies

We were 5 couples over 60 for a yearly birthday weekend. Property is fairly clean, but older and tired looking. Lots of room for using computers or gaming and the decorating is fun and musical. Lighting is very dim so if you like brightness not much light through the windows. Too cold to be outside so no comment on the yard or shed. We would have preferred to have a large dining table for such a big group, but made do with the kitchen island that seated six, and computer tables. Beds were comfy and clean

Exceeded Expectations!!!

My London high school class still gets together annually after all these years (we're in our early 60s now) and this was our gathering place for this year. A few out-of-towners stayed overnight, and the "locals" dropped by each day. In all, we were 14 people.... and we had a gas! The home was all you'd expect. Clean, tidy, and "well-appointed" with all the necessities. As you can tell from the pictures, the place itself was a unique experience. We have a couple of musicians among us and they became the source of entertainment for the others. And, here's the best testimonial. As the organizer, I had a few folks come to me on their own and commend how great the beds were, how it had everything you'd need for the stay, and how much they'd like to return, It was a great experience that I'd recommend to anyone else!
