The property was very nice with full access to the patio and river side, although it was very cold in the basement apartment/unit. Even after communicating with the host it was very cold in the unit. Thankfully the blankets they provide are very warm. It rained one day we were there so we stayed inside and we were very cold all day. I would highly recomme bringing yourself some slippers and a very warm housecoat. The tile floors were so cold we couldn't walk on them barefooted, even with socks on. It was very nice the hosts had left us a little something special for our Anniversary, that was a very nice surprise. They also provided some drinks and snacks with our stay. The kitchenette is very minimal. There is only a bar fridge in the unti, and there wasn't a tea towel or dish cloth for washing the dishes, the host provided a tea towel after asking for one. It was odd to open the drawers to find miscellaneous cabinet door hinges, screws, wall plug covers & odd construction items. The bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect to downtown and all the restaurants and shops. The unit wasn't spotless but it was dirty either. There was some dust on the shelves in the bathroom and the shower had water spots on the glass doors when we arrived, the hand soap in the bathroom was almost empty and we had to open it in order to get soap out(they did provided a new soap once I brought it to their attention.
