Good communication with the host. Apartment was clean and well-furnished. Kitchen had all we needed. Beds were comfortable. Instructions were clear. The sofa was a bit soft and deep for someone like me with bad knees, but that may just be personal preference. The dining table was just adequate for four people, and a challenge for the 5 yr-old who was with us. Otherwise, a very nice place and convenient to Parker, CO and the SE suburbs of Denver.

Excellent accommodations, great location. Very spacious, just as advertised / pictured! :-) Parking garage was a nice "extra". We had a couple very minor issues and Brenda was extremely responsive and gracious. Be aware that there are 2 flights of steps. We would definitely return!

5/5 Stars - Immaculate and Comfortable Stay!We had a wonderful experience at this condo! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the space is meticulously maintained. It was exceptionally clean and had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home immediately. The furnishings were very comfortable, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into making the space guest-ready. Brenda was a fantastic host—very responsive, helpful, and ensured everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.If you’re looking for a spotless, cozy place to stay with a top-notch host, I can't recommend this spot enough. We would definitely stay here again!
