Le Canyon Gulch Condo a été soigneusement rénové et décoré dans le souci du confort et du style de nos clients. Entièrement meublé 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain condo offre lumière naturelle, aménagement spacieux et mises à jour tout au long!

EMPLACEMENT: Situé sur le sentier Happy Canyon, profitez de l'accès à pied / à vélo juste devant votre porte. Cette communauté tranquille à la frontière entre Parker et Englewood offre un emplacement idéal près de 470. En moins de 15 minutes, vous avez un accès facile au Denver Tech Center, à Parker, au train léger sur rail et à d’autres sites du South Metro Denver.

CHAMBRE DES MAÎTRES: Magnifique Maître propose un nouveau lit king-size avec un matelas et une literie de luxe à oreiller incorporé, une salle de bain avec une double vasque et une grande baignoire. Tout le confort de la maison avec télévision à écran plat et abondance de rangement dans le très grand dressing.

CUISINE ET SALLE À MANGER: La cuisine mise à jour est entièrement équipée pour tous vos besoins de cuisson. Spacieux avec plan d'étage ouvert à manger et des chambres familiales. Facile à cuisiner et à divertir avec des tonnes d'espace de rangement, des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et des ustensiles de cuisine améliorés. Tout le confort de la maison, y compris Keurig et une cafetière traditionnelle. Il y a même une sélection d'assaisonnements pour vous permettre de continuer.

La barre du comptoir peut accueillir deux personnes et la table de la salle à manger pour six personnes, ce qui en fait un lieu idéal pour se divertir.

GARAGE: Le garage une voiture et le carport offrent un accès direct du garage à la maison. Il y a beaucoup de places de parking gratuites sur le terrain.

30 minutes de trajet direct vers l'aéroport international de Denver et un accès facile à la montagne! L'université médicale Rocky Vista est située de l'autre côté de la rue et l'aéroport de Centennial est à 7 minutes en voiture.
