Nestled up high on level 29 in Oracle tower 2, our premium Sky-home offers family sized luxury with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious open plan living area features breathtaking views of the ocean and coastline. Located right in the heart of beautiful Broadbeach, the Oracle precinct boasts an abundance of restaurants, cafes, shops, parks and beaches, making it the perfect base for your best ever beachside holiday. We look forward to welcoming you to our slice of paradise in Broadbeach!
The space Our photos are a true, accurate and up to date representation of our immaculately presented, squeaky clean, family sized apartment. Our furnishings are practical and comfortable and the linen and bedding are soft and luxurious. There are two spacious king bedrooms (one with ensuite and WIR). Both king bedrooms open out onto the large ocean facing balcony. The single bedroom is a smaller internal room with comfortable high quality single extra long beds. This single bedroom does not have an external window. We can also offer a good quality fold up bed which is stored in the WIR and can be set up for use in the king bedroom. This additional bed arrangement is best suited to accommodate a child. Our apartment has been styled with a relaxing holiday in mind.

Other things to note Our apartment accommodates up to SEVEN people only. Children aged two and older are included in the SEVEN people rule.
If you have booked and paid for seven guests, the seventh guest will have access to a rollaway bed with additional linen provided.
Infants UNDER the age of two are very welcome at our place and may stay at no additional charge. Let us know if you would like to hire a stroller, port-a-cot or high chair. BYO baby linen.
CHECK IN Available between 3pm and 9pm. Self check in is NOT available at this property - a host will meet you for check in. We always do our best to fit in with your travel schedule. After hours check ins are NOT available. If you arrive after 9pm, you will need to make other accommodation arrangements for that evening. A 3pm check in is not guaranteed and depends on cleaning schedules.
IMPORTANT Keys and security fobs will only be issued to the person who made the booking. ID will be required at check in time.
Please read the HOUSE RULES and CANCELLATION POLICY prior to booking our place. We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover any losses which may occur if you need to cancel your booking for an unforeseen reason.

WHAT WE INCLUDE IN OUR STARTER PACK Our generous starter pack of items is designed to help get you started on your holiday and may not last the entire trip. If you are with us for more than two nights, you may need to re stock items at the local supermarket. Woolworths supermarket is located right next door for any additional supplies you require.
Bathroom - toilet paper, tissues, liquid hand wash, sunscreen, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner are available.
Kitchen and Laundry - laundry detergent, dishwashing tablets, dishwashing liquid, a dishcloth and rubbish bags will be supplied. A selection of tea, coffee (instant and Nespresso), milk, sugar and other pantry basics are provided.
BATH LINEN We supply one bath towel per booked guest plus two hand towels and one bath mat per bathroom. Additional bath linen is available for hire during your stay if required. Details for ordering additional linen will be available in our guest book or ask our host at check in for details.
BEACH TOWELS We provide beach towels which you are very welcome to use. Beach towels not returned on departure are charged at $40 each.
SELF CONTAINED You are booking a fully self contained holiday apartment. There are no housekeeping services provided during your stay. Basic cleaning supplies and equipment are provided to allow you to keep things tidy during your stay. You will have full access to the laundry in the apartment to wash linen and clothing if required.
FREE WIFI Guests are welcome to use our wifi to login to their own streaming accounts such as Netflix during their stay.
AIR CONDITIONING Zoned air conditioned heating and cooling is available throughout our apartment.
CAR PARKING TWO complementary secure access basement car parks are available with a 2.2m height clearance. Large, oversized vehicles will not be suitable for the secure basement car parking area.
ADDITIONAL VEHICLES If you are bringing more than two vehicles, paid overnight car parking is available next door in the Oasis Shopping Centre for around $40 per night (subject to change).
SECURITY DEPOSIT A $500 fully refundable security deposit will be required. The security deposit is to be paid prior to check in day and will be refunded within 24hrs of check out day if the house rules and check out instructions are followed.
HOUSE RULES We like to cover everything upfront so there are no surprises for you or us! If you book our place, it means you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.
The booking guest is responsible for ensuring their group comply with the house rules during their stay. Our rules are based on common courtesy.
GENERAL RULES NO schoolies, parties, events or gatherings. No hens or bucks celebrations.
NO third party bookings. The guest booking must be the guest staying.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE APARTMENT OR ON THE BALCONY - $500 fee applies.
Damage or breakages are to be reported to your host prior to departure.
RULES RELATING TO GUESTS Only booked guests are permitted in the property. Undisclosed persons are not permitted. This is a security and insurance requirement.
Only booked guests may use the facilities. Extra visitors are not permitted.
Children are to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
RULES RELATING TO EXTRA CLEANING You will be charged for extra cleaning if our carpet or upholstery requires professional cleaning or if any extra cleaning is required as a result of the property being left in a mess. The cleaning fee covers general turnover of the property only.
RULES RELATING TO CHECK OUT Check out by 11am - our cleaner will arrive and enter the apartment at 11am. Late check outs are not available and hold up our cleaners.
All access fobs and keys issued at check in must be returned to our kitchen bench prior to your departure. A $250 replacement fee applies to each set of keys not returned to the apartment at check out time.
Lights/ fans / air conditioner are to be turned off and doors are to closed and locked prior to departure.
Rubbish bins and fridge are to be emptied. Do not leave any rubbish, groceries or left over food in the apartment.
Dishwasher is to be stacked and turned on. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or on the bench.
RULES RELATING TO CHECK IN Self check in is NOT available. A host will meet the booking guest onsite for check in.
Security fobs and keys will not be issued to any person other than the guest who booked. Valid government issued ID is to be presented at check in time.
CALL OUT FEES If you lock yourself out of the building or car park area or you lose keys and we need to send somebody to assist during business hours, there will be a call out fee of $150 to be paid in cash to the person who arrives to assist you. If you lock yourself out of the building after hours, between 9pm and 9am, you will need to find alternate accommodation for the evening and we will send somebody to assist you during business hours.
HOUSE RULES WILL BE ENFORCED WITHOUT EXCEPTION Noise complaints or any breach of the house rules during your stay will result in immediate eviction without refund.
PROBLEMS DURING YOUR STAY We do our best to minimise the chance of problems occurring during your stay. However sometimes things out of our control will happen. If there is an issue, please bring it to the attention of your host immediately and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the problem as soon as possible. There will be no refunds, full or partial, unless consumer law states otherwise.
