The space
Welcome to Blue Haven on Virginia, a comfortable three bedroom home tucked among the trees in St Johns Hill, one of Whanganui’s most popular neighbourhoods. With lovely valley views and plenty of sunshine, it’s a peaceful place to relax while still being just a few minutes from town.

The house has three spacious bedrooms and plenty of natural light throughout. The master bedroom has direct access to the balcony.

With a lovely, well-thought-out kitchen that leads you out to the private covered deck, this is an ideal spot for a morning cup of tea, an evening drink or summer barbecues. Inside, the living area is warm and cosy year round with a heat pump, wood burner and heat transfer system.

The section is fully fenced and subject to a small fee, we're happy to accommodate up to two dogs. We kindly request that they stay off the furniture and beds, and aren't left home alone unless crated.

For exploring the area, Virginia Lake is an easy way to get into town.

There is a single garage under the house and additional off street parking. Virginia Lake, St Johns Hill shops and local parks are all close by, making it a great base for your stay in Whanganui.

The base price is for up to 3 people. Additional guests are $40 per person, and $40 per pet.

The windows are locked in the smallest bedroom at all times, and a fan will be made available.
The hot water cylinder has 135 ltr of water and can cater up to 4 people but please be aware if you plan to have longer showers, please split the times up morning and nights etc.
