Enter an open and bright main living area with kitchen, living room and dining area. Vaulted ceiling, large windows and skylights provide a refreshing and inviting space. The nicely equipped kitchen has a large center island with counter seating and stainless appliances including a refrigerator, solid surface range, dishwasher, microwave and drip coffeemaker.

The living room has a comfortable sectional and large flat screen TV with YouTube TV cable channels (stream additional content with your own accounts). Bring your own vinyl records and enjoy music on the turntable. Just off the living room is the dining area with a table that seats four.

There are two bedrooms, both with queen beds, sound machines and charging hubs.

The cottage has three ductless split unit air conditioners--one in the main living area and one in each bedroom.

There is a bathroom with shower and a half bath with conveniently located stacked washer/dryer. Open loft for owner use only.

A slider from the dining area opens to the lovely screen porch with table, chairs and bench. An absolutely perfect space for bug-free outdoor dining and summer relaxation. The enclosed outdoor shower is accessible from the screen porch.

Part of a small association of widely spaced properties, the cottages is nestled in the woods on Wellfleet's oceanside. Access the Cape Cod Rail Trail at the end of the road.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
