The Space:
This freestanding cottage features heart pine wood floors in the kitchen/living area, with a smart TV, a new sofa, and dining set. Located off the main living space are three bedrooms and one full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The sliding doors off of the living room lead to a deck, so you can enjoy a cool drink after a day of fun in the sun at the pool. There is also a second deck in the more private, fully fenced-in yard, which can be accessed via the kitchen entrance, along with an enclosed outdoor shower. Nearby you’ll find the shared association laundry space, available for your use, however it is not managed directly by Del Mar Vacations. We’re happy to reach out to the association's manager with any questions around the laundry facility or the association pool. There is comfortable parking for one car/SUV or two small sedans in the shell driveway, to the left of the cottage’s front deck. In addition, there are many great nearby attractions: Drummer Cove is a five-minute drive away and the Cshore Kitchen is just three miles up the road. Take a trip downtown to visit the shops, and enjoy the amazing views from Wellfleet Pier and Mayo beach. Conveniently located on Route 6, without all the noise! Here you’ll find a little something for everyone!

If you need more space, we also have the cottage across the way, 13355 The Salty Starfish that sleeps 4 more guests!

Wonderful Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this cottage! It’s conveniently located, it was exactly as advertised. Despite having to reach out to the management team for one issue, they were very responsive and promptly addressed our concern. We plan to return!

Very charming neighborhood. Everyone was friendly. Very close to the beaches. House was as advertised, well kept home. Outdoor space was great with 2 pouches and a really nice outdoor shower.

Very inviting

The property was immaculate highly recommend. Tastefully decorated. Everything you need is there. Super impressed with this home it was comfortable, inviting and conveniently located. The only small complaint would be the checkout time was too early in the morning, but I did not inquire about checking out any later so not sure if that was an option.

Clean and serviceable

It was ok but the frig door had to be slammed in order to stay shut. The cleaning supplies were front and center in the dark bathroom. No place else to put them. We had to ask for extra blankets and they came right away but they smelled. It was barely passable but we heard from others it’s apparently good for the area.

Wonderful cottage

This is a comfortable cottage in a very nice neighborhood. Great location, right off route 6, close to beaches and restaurants but was quiet and the backyard was very private. We cooked and packed lunches and the kitchen had what we needed. The outdoor shower was perfect after a day on the beach. Unfortunately, the pool was closed because our visit was after Labor Day. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property but check-out too early

Great property but the check-out is too early. 9am for a family, considering the price of the rental and the fact that we obtained the house at 4pm the week before is way too early.
