The Space:

This freestanding Wellfleet cottage offers a comfortable home base for your next Cape Cod getaway, with access to a private association pool, two furnished decks, and a yard. Inside, heart pine wood floors run throughout the kitchen and living area, where you'll find a new sofa, dining set, Smart TV, and a full kitchen with a gas range.



Sliding doors off the living room lead to the front deck, while the kitchen entrance provides access to a second deck overlooking the private yard. Fire up the propane grill for dinner outside, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower, or spend the afternoon at the association pool located just to the right of the driveway.



Just off the main living space are three bedrooms and one full bathroom, all conveniently located on one level. Two bedrooms each feature a queen bed, while the third offers a full bed, comfortably sleeping up to six guests. Window A/C units are provided in each bedroom, and the full bathroom features a tub/shower combination.



When you're ready to explore, White Crest Beach is a five-minute drive away and CShore Kitchen is just three miles up the road. Head into downtown Wellfleet to browse the shops, visit Wellfleet Pier, or spend some time at Mayo Beach. The cottage is conveniently located on Route 6 while still offering a quiet place to return to at the end of the day.



Shared association laundry is also available nearby, and parking is provided for one car/SUV or two small sedans to the left of the cottage's front deck.

Wonderful Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this cottage! It’s conveniently located, it was exactly as advertised. Despite having to reach out to the management team for one issue, they were very responsive and promptly addressed our concern. We plan to return!

Very charming neighborhood. Everyone was friendly. Very close to the beaches. House was as advertised, well kept home. Outdoor space was great with 2 pouches and a really nice outdoor shower.

Very inviting

The property was immaculate highly recommend. Tastefully decorated. Everything you need is there. Super impressed with this home it was comfortable, inviting and conveniently located. The only small complaint would be the checkout time was too early in the morning, but I did not inquire about checking out any later so not sure if that was an option.

We really enjoyed our 6-night stay in this cute as a button, spacious Cape Cod cottage in a very convenient location. Del Mar Vacations is organized and communicative and the pool is a total plus for a dip after being out and about all day. Only wish is that instructions on the laundry had been more clear (coin op washers and dryers are in a separate building).

Clean and serviceable

It was ok but the frig door had to be slammed in order to stay shut. The cleaning supplies were front and center in the dark bathroom. No place else to put them. We had to ask for extra blankets and they came right away but they smelled. It was barely passable but we heard from others it’s apparently good for the area.

Wonderful cottage

This is a comfortable cottage in a very nice neighborhood. Great location, right off route 6, close to beaches and restaurants but was quiet and the backyard was very private. We cooked and packed lunches and the kitchen had what we needed. The outdoor shower was perfect after a day on the beach. Unfortunately, the pool was closed because our visit was after Labor Day. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property but check-out too early

Great property but the check-out is too early. 9am for a family, considering the price of the rental and the fact that we obtained the house at 4pm the week before is way too early.
