Welcome to Essington Park, a beautifully restored turn-of-the-century shearing quarters set on rolling farmland just outside Oberon, in the picturesque Central Tablelands of NSW. A place where time slows, creativity flows, and the peace of the countryside surrounds you.

Your Stay
The Shearers' Quarters is exclusively yours during your stay - you will never share the property with other guests.
For two guests, you may choose one of the luxurious ensuite bedrooms.
If you are travelling with friends or another couple, you can simply add the second bedroom to your booking.
Regardless of whether you book one bedroom or two, the entire Shearers' Quarters — including the kitchen, lounge, gardens and outdoor spaces is completely private for your stay.
The Bedrooms - Each queen bedroom features:
* A private ensuite
* Luxury linens and wool blankets
* Electric blankets, heaters and hot water bottles for crisp Oberon nights.

Luxury Ensuites
Each ensuite includes a deep clawfoot bathtub positioned to take in the serene rural views. Plush towels, premium amenities and thoughtful touches create a wonderfully restorative bathing experience.

A cook's haven centred around a beautiful Falcon stove, perfect for slow country meals and long, relaxed dinners.
The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with quality provisions including:

* A generous breakfast basket with homemade preserves
At the centre sits the dining table — a place to gather, feast and linger over long conversations.

Sitting Room
Relax beside the original stone fireplace with a book or board game. Wi-Fi is available, though many guests prefer fireside conversations and the slower rhythm of country life.

Guest access
Guests have access to all common areas of the Shearers' Quarters, including the kitchen and dining room, library, and sitting room, as well as the beautiful surrounds of Essington Park.
The property and grounds are yours to explore and enjoy during your stay.
If you are travelling with a larger group, Essington Park can also be booked in its entirety under a separate Airbnb listing.
There is plenty of parking available, along with a Tesla EV charger located in the car park area for guest use.

If you are interested in using our space for an unforgettable elopement/intimate wedding or for any type of function/event this must be arranged/approved with the host PRIOR to your arrival as maximum numbers apply as well as an appropriate industry standard charge will be applied.
