Lakefront Cottage on Wiggins Lake

A cozy cottage with a fantastic waterfront view of Wiggins Lake. You'll be able to take it all in while you're swimming in the lake or enjoying a great view and some shade on the front deck. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.

The cottage is well maintained, clean, and has all the basic necessities to enjoy your stay on the lake. Please note we have a *no pets* policy as Kathryn is allergic and we also want to protect other guests that are sensitive to pet hair & dander. We purchased this cottage in Aug 2020 and bought new bedding, towels, pillows, glasses, silverware, kitchenware, and more. We refresh them as needed and strive for you to have an amazing time on the lake!

Renovations in July 2025: We increased the size of our dock and added a new 12ft x 10ft sitting area to the end of our dock! Grab some chairs and enjoy some coffee as you watch the sun rise over the lake! Or sit out during sunset and listen to the loons call! You'll have an amazing view of the lake as you take it all in.

Renovations in May 2022: A full remodel of the bedroom and some improvements in the living room. We got a comfy new Queen bed/frame from Denver Mattress (Doctors Choice Elite Euro Plush - since people have asked us!), floating nightstands, ceiling fan, black out curtains, and more. Power on each side of the bed and USB plug in each lamp.

Renovations in May 2021: Full remodel of the bathroom and front room. Included new lights, vanity, sink, mirror, chairs, couch, custom wall planks, several painted walls/ceiling, and a ceiling fan. We also installed new wood floors throughout the cottage too.

For liability & insurance reasons we ask that you stay off the pontoon boat and our neighbor's property/docks. We've got amazing neighbors, but they don't want the liability of unknown guests on their property. Thanks for your understanding! :)

Sweet little cottage on a beautiful lake. Tavis was very responsive to my questions. We stayed a couple of nights during September for a wedding nearby and it was just the quiet getaway we needed.

Wonderful cottage! The hosts (Tavis and Kathryn) were responsive and made sure i had all the information needed for check-in. Nice little lake getaway

The cottage was lovely for a quick little getaway for my mom and I. The view was beautiful and it was so peaceful - especially in the mornings. All the essentials were available and the owners were very responsive to all of of our questions.

Lake-front relaxation

The home was clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, and watching loons on the lake was a great bonus. We also enjoyed renting the pontoon boat. This was a wonderful and quiet place to relax.

Wonderful Stay on the Lake

Our stay couldn’t have been better! The hosts were very kind and responsive with any questions we had. The house was cozy, clean, and perfect for our early summer trip. The views of the lake were beautiful and peaceful, morning and night. We hope to be returning soon!

Anniversary weekend

My husband and I just had a wonderful and relaxing time. The cabin was so cute and clean! The view of the lake was beautiful and there’s a lot of things you can do in the area. We could not have picked a better place to celebrate 30 years of marriage!

My friend Josh invited our family up to his house on Wiggins Lake in 2019. We really enjoyed the lake and the people. When his neighbor's cottage went up for sale in 2020, we jumped on the deal. So now we've got a cozy cottage on the lake to enjoy and share with the VRBO community.

We've enjoyed having guests at our cottage over the last 5 years and we've proud to have received all 5-star reviews so far! We will always try to communicate quickly/clearly and do what we can to make your stay enjoyable.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

The lake is wonderful and the front deck has a fantastic view with 40ft of frontage of Wiggins Lake. Lots of mature trees in the yard provide you with plenty of shade on a hot summer day. Each year we're remodeling parts of the property and turning it into our "coastal cottage"! It should have everything you need to have a great time at the lake. :)

- Swimming/fishing right off the end of our 12x10' dock!
- Good size deck overlooking the lake. Has chaise lounge chairs and dining table & chairs
- Mature trees provide excellent shade on deck/yard by lake.
- New owners in Aug 2020. Continuously refreshing and adding new bedding, towels, kitchen stuff, etc..
