This SPACIOUS home has been recently updated and painted and is stocked with brand new, plush linens and towels. Guests can enjoy a modern space with all the comforts of home. This home is perfect for couples, business travellers, families (with kids) and groups.

Walk into the condo... there is a large foyer to put skis/jackets/gear, in and go up a flight of stairs. Your living space with a powder room is here! The kitchen/living/dining open-concept area is perfect for entertaining. TV with cable and high-speed WIFI is available for your use. This TV has Netflix capability as well! Log in to your account and enjoy your fave shows. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen to make a meal for the family. The sofa bed (queen) is located on this level. The fireplace in the living area creates the perfect ambiance for any family to gather around. There is a char broil BBQ on the patio as well to create delicious family favourites. Enjoy brightness all day from the large windows in the living space (as well as 2 private decks)!

When you go up the stairs, you will find the first bedroom here- two TWIN BEDS are perfect for kids (you can request to put them together for couples). There is a full bathroom on this level as well with a shower. On this same level, the master BR (KING) with plush sheets and a spacious, full en-suite with tub/shower combo is attractive for any couple!

There is also a washer and dryer on the upper level for your use while away (perfect for washing and drying mountain gear for the next day)

You can park one vehicle in our designated, underground and secure spot for your stay

Guests have access to the entire home as well as the hot tub in the complex

Conveniently situated In a quiet complex, just a 2-minute walk to the free shuttle to the ski hill and a 2-minute walk to Marketplace where you'll find a grocery store, liquor store, drug store and more. This is also where the Village Stroll begins (the main shopping and dining area of Whistler).

You back out onto the Valley Trail a 40 km multi-use network shared by cyclists, walkers and runners that connects Whistler’s neighbourhoods, lakes, viewpoints and picnic spots.

You do not need a car at this location, but if you'd like one; there is free parking. There is a free shuttle during the winter to the ski hill just across the street at Marketplace IGA
