Maison luxueusement meublée à Rancho La Quinta

Cette belle maison a le plus grand plan d'Ă©tage de Rancho La Quinta.
En entrant dans la maison, vous traverserez une rotonde décorée de lustres dans une belle piÚce avec télévision grand écran et unité de divertissement avec un mobilier confortable et luxueux. La salle à manger a une belle vue sur la piscine, le golf et les montagnes. La cuisine gastronomique a des comptoirs en granit, un ßlot de cuisine, des appareils en acier inoxydable et tout ce dont vous avez besoin (autre que l'épicerie!) pour concocter une collation rapide ou pour préparer un dßner gastronomique. Pour les affaires, il y a un bureau avec connexion Internet sans fil. Pour jouer, il y a un bar en contrebas pour faire des cocktails.

Les chambres sont joliment aménagées avec des téléviseurs dans toutes les chambres sauf une, et des salles de bains dans chaque chambre. La casita est une maison d'hÎtes d'une chambre avec une entrée séparée dans la cour avant.

Et, bien sûr, il y a une fabuleuse piscine de forme libre, un spa et une cascade. Et pour couronner le tout, un barbecue intégré, un foyer et de beaux meubles de patio pour ces nuits fraßches divertissant à l'arriÚre.

La maison dispose de 4 chambres dont une casita 1 chambre séparée, 4. 5 salles de bains, bureau et 4500 pieds carrés d'espace de vie.

This is my 4th time staying at this location. It is VERY spacious and the pictures do not do it any justice. The bedrooms all have sizable closets, ensuites, and TV's (except for one of the rooms). Master has king size bed, Casita has a queen, remaining 2 have full size beds. The house is fully equipped with everything that you would need including: towels, beach towels, serving/cooking/tupperwaer, gas grill, books, detergents, soaps, etc. It's a quick easy drive to the grocery stores (Ralph's is 3 minutes away and Costco is 2 miles away). The pool is great for all family members because I started staying there when my kids were as young as 18 months (now 7 years old). There is a shallow end for tanning and also a great place for the kids to play in the water safely. The gardener and pool guy comes midweek. I would recommend bug spray and a citronella candles as the bugs and flies do come out during the warmer months. My family looks forward to our annual vacation in La Quinta. Thanks for everything, Dixie!

Lovely golf course view home with beautiful pool

My husband and I recently stayed at Dixie Powers’ beautiful Rancho LaQuinta home for the month of February 2022. The home is quite lively. A few cool days saw us using the gas fireplace in the great room and living it! The home has all of the usual full complement of dishes although there were no wine glasses o speak of. The beds were comfortable and we had no trouble sleeping, with the sun and gorgeous weather! This is a ‘smart house’ so we had some adjustment to using that but Tracy, our contact in the desert, gave us some pointers and apps that really helped. We used only the main house and didn’t even go into the casita as there was no need - all 3 bedrooms in the main house were spacious and beautiful. Holly, Dixie’s assistant was very helpful to us as well. Loved staying here and would definitely invite others to try it out. One odd note - there is a spacious kitchen with bar & barstools, a wet bar and another large, two level bar with barstools - but no dining table inside. We had friends over for the Super Bowl and didn’t even realize it until then😂. But a note for someone who might be a table kind of person😊

Paradise in La Quinta

The house was absolutely beautiful, very spacious, comfortable and clean. It is in a lovely gated community, with great security and a friendly atmosphere. They take impeccable care of the landscaping and everything was lush and pristine. It was just my husband and me for the first week, and the house felt huge. Then our kids and grandkids joined us and we loved having all that space. Everyone had privacy and quiet when they wanted, but we all had fun together in the spacious, open concept kitchen/family room/dining area. The pool area was lovely! We were there during the hot summer so we took advantage and enjoyed swimming early in the day and it was comfortable to eat lunch outside under the covered shaded area, where the heat was very tolerable. In the afternoon we did inside activities since it got too sunny and hot. We found the owner/manager very easy to communicate with. They went out of their way to answer any questions and help us whenever it was needed. We would definitely love to go back in the future! Bill and Carol, New Jersey

Golf Trip

What a wonderful home, everything was a lot prettier than the pictures. Right on hole number 12 on the jones course at Rancho Laquntia. We cooked in a couple of times and the grill and others things was teriffic And amazing swiminging pool and a lovely hot tub, and if that is not enough the home has a lovely gas fire pit.Dixie and Emmy was very easy to work with and her on site host Mavis was helpful via the phone. If you can rent this home you cannot go wrong. We will be back Miss Dixie.

Rancho La Quinta Home

My husband and I loved staying at this gorgeous home. The location was perfect for all the activities, restaurants and golf in the Palm Springs area. I would put it at the top of our favorite homes we have rented through VRBO.

Gorgeous Home!!!

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, well laid out home. Kitchen was well stocked with spices and plenty of cooking utensils, if you plan on cooking. Pool and spa were beautiful, spent most of our time outside. House was very clean and Norma, the property manager was very helpful. The description is accurate and the pics do not do it justice. We'll stay again for sure!

We loved this home

Our families rent homes every year for a small reunion. Our four couples found this home to have plenty of room and was gorgeous. I especially appreciated how clean the home was. Excellent for entertaining. We will be back! Owners were very easy to work with. I would recommend to friends and family.

Fabulous Property!

We spent the last week at the La Quinta property and had a great time. The home is absolutely beautiful and perfect for entertaining. We have already discussed that we'll be back next year. Thanks for everything Katina and Norma. (PS Hope you feel better)
