This property was wonderful & very spacious! We celebrated thanksgiving & it had everything we needed. Pool/hot tub was a bit difficult to figure out how to heat so we didn’t have a warm hot tub but it was probably user error! Very easy with our furry friends. Will definitely come back

Perfect Vacation Home

We were in town to watch our son play soccer at Empire Polo Fields, so the location was ideal for our needs. The he house itself was so comfortable and well furnished. Highly recommend.

This place was really nice . So clean and decorated nice. We had our pets with us so we opted for a house with a yard instead of a hotel . It was perfect!! The only downside was the neighborhood was a little bit of a mix bag. But overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend!!

Perfect weekend getaway

Very spacious and well appointed. My family and I enjoyed the pool most of the day here and cooking was made very easy by the available cookware and stocked kitchen. Beds were super comfortable and the overall experience was easy and simple. Thanks!

Time in the Cove

Nadia, the owner l, is a pleasure to work with, and her home in La Quinta is beautiful. We love the open spaces and view to the mountains. This was our second stay here. We will be back next year.

Perfect getaway for friends & family

I was so lucky to stay at this place with my family. I stayed there during weekdays, so none of my friends could join us. The rooms were clean and cozy, the bathrooms were beautiful and clean. The highlight of this house is the living room+kitchen+pool area. We spent most of the time there and, we had a blast! The owner was really nice and kind too. I highly recommend this place!

Indian Well Tennis Tourney

House feels even more spacious than size indicates. Fully stocked in every way and beautifully decorated. Proximity to the Indian Wells tennis garden and LaQuinta Village can’t be beat. The neighborhood is a bit transitional but overall we were very happy and would stay again.

Modern gem nestled in the hills

We enjoyed downtown La Quinta. The house is near some fun hiking and biking trails. My husband and I enjoyed playing pickleball just a mile from the house. The pedego bike shop offers very inexpensive ebike rentals and great self-guided trail rides. The farmers market Sunday morning was also so fun! The house is laid out really well—loved the hot tub!

Great weekend in the desert!

We had a weekend stay with another couple. Home is exactly as described! We were very comfortable, pool and some were great, very clean and private. Plenty of room for everyone. Quite neighborhood at the foot of mountains. Great walking/biking/running trails. Nadia was a terrific host. Thank you, Nadia!

Our only worry was that the windows didn’t have blinds , but when we got here we found out that the owner added the blind recently which made our stay more comfortable.

Lovely. comfortable Home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home has all of the amenities we needed. It is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The master suite is so nice and so spacious. We love the proximity to the Fred Wolff Nature Preserve and to LaQuinta restaurants and shops. I walked my dog at Bear Creek Trail every day. Nadia was great to work with and responded to my inquiries prior to arrival promptly. She was very nice and accommodating. We generally make at least one trip to the desert every year and look forward to renting from Nadia in the future.

Beautiful Vacation Home

Overall, beautiful home, close to hiking, walking, running trails and we felt safe running along neighborhood streets as well during the day. We stayed for a month and had a wonderful trip. Nadia and Paul were both great in communicating and addressing any questions or issues. We discovered the garbage disposal didn't work the first night and Paul was there the next day and able to fix it (a bottle cap stuck in the disposal). We didn't use the pool, but the patio area by the pool is great and even on a 70 degree day, it felt warm and perfect for relaxing in the sun. Master bed was very comfortable, also important for our longer stay. Our biggest constructive feedback is the furniture in the living area is not comfortable. It looks nice, but given our longer stay, we noticed it more than if it was a shorter trip. I would still definitely recommend this beautiful home & location in the La Quinta Cove neighborhood. Even though the homes are close together, it was very quiet.

Great property for two, not so great owner

My fiancé and I booked a weekend here to relax recently. We were unable to leave work early, so our arrival time was after check in. I contacted the owner and asked if our 10:30 pm arrival would be ok, she said yes. We arrived at the house and could not sort out the lock box with the directions given. I contact the owner repeatedly via phone, email and homeaway with no response. It was dark, all of our perishables were in the car and it was getting late so we got a hotel room. I received a call from the owner the next morning and conveyed the previous night’s events only to be met with a defensive, inhospitable tone. She claimed I was accusing her of something. She told me no one else had any problems ever, so it’s not her fault. No care or concern for her guests was evident in our interaction. She explained that there was more than one lockbox, which was not expressed before. She said we called in the middle of the night, even after I asked in advance if it was ok to check in then. Determined not to ruin our trip, we went back to the house, found the other lock box and everything else was fine. The home is comfortable and modern. We didn’t cook during our stay but the kitchen looked well equipped. The master bedroom had no shades for the window so we slept in a different bedroom after the first night. The pool is great for two and the yard is private. We frequent the area as much as we can for the pools, scenery and beautiful sunsets but we won’t be returning to this home. As long as you have no questions or concerns for the owner, it’s a cute little home for a getaway.

I need to clarify some facts here . I am always here for my guest but I do not like to be blamed for their mistakes. The guest requested to check in late what is not a problem. She had the instructions to check-in with the exact location of the lock-box located at the gate but some how ended up finding the other lock-box for the pool person located on the wall. She tried to reach me really late at night. I did not hear the call. She tried to blame me that it was not clear where the lock-box was located even it is in detail described that it is on the gate not the wall. I would have been more understanding if she would have not tried to twist and turn the truth to blame me. I understand that she was frustrated and angry. Not so great guest.

Nice getaway

The house itself and pool were nice, we just didn’t anticipate how far the property was from PS. Unfortunately the spa wasn’t working the first day and a repair person came out the second day to get it working. Bring an eye mask because there are no blinds in the master bedroom and it is incredibly bright in the AM.
