This home comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults, 10 all together if children ages 13 and under are included. There is parking for 4 cars - 2 in the garage and 1 in the driveway. Maximum occupancy is enforced 24/7.

The open-concept upper living room is the heart of the home, anchored by a gas fireplace with stone surround and a 55" Samsung flat-screen HDTV with cable. Sink into the large sectional sofa for a movie night, gather around for board games, or spread out in the downstairs bonus room, a second hangout space perfect for kids or quieter moments away from the main floor.

The fully updated kitchen features new GE stainless steel appliances, including a 30" single oven, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, gas cooktop, dishwasher, and a large hammered copper farmhouse sink. A walk-in pantry stocks a wide selection of small appliances for the group's chef. The kitchen island seats 4 on swivel barstools, and the dining table accommodates up to 10, 8 in chairs plus 2 on a bench stored near the top of the stairs.

Step out from the living room onto the deck to grill on the Char-Broil gas grill, while taking in Tahoe’s natural beauty, or unwind in the hot tub in the spacious backyard under the stars. Please note the yard is not fully fenced.

About the Area:
The home is located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe's beloved Al Tahoe neighborhood — one of the oldest and most historic areas of the South Shore, ideally located with Lake Tahoe beaches along Lakeview Avenue to the north and the Truckee Marsh Meadow and Trout Creek to the south and west. Regan Beach is just a short walk away, offering beach activities in summer, cross-country skiing in winter, and a playground, snack shack, and beach volleyball court. The Al Tahoe business area is bike- and pedestrian-friendly with dedicated bike lanes and paved sidewalks.

For cyclists, the South Tahoe Beach Cruise bike route passes seven public beaches between the Stateline corridor and Camp Richardson — each with restrooms and some with food and beverages. A couple of miles down the main road is Heavenly Village and the gondola leading up to Heavenly Valley Ski Resort, and just a bit further is the casino strip with year-round concerts, shows, and entertainment.

Property and Booking Information:
We manage several nearby homes, so if you're planning for a larger group, we can help coordinate multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a rental agreement for signature. The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels.
To ensure a smooth and compliant stay, please review all local rules included in your agreement. Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County actively enforce vacation rental regulations.

Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded
• Hot tubs and outdoor areas may not be used after 10 p.m.
• A maximum of 6 people over the age of 13 are permitted at any one time
