Welcome to our light filled, renovated 1920s family home in beautiful Balgowlah Heights on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Set in a leafy, peaceful neighbourhood moments from North Harbour Reserve, this spacious five-bedroom home is the perfect base for a relaxed Sydney summer holiday.

Set over two levels, each with its own living area, outside area and full bathroom,
our home is perfect for a large or extended family, featuring spacious rooms, timber floors, bright open spaces and an easy indoor-outdoor feel.

The heart of the house is a large open-plan living, dining and
kitchen area with comfortable sofas, a generous family dining table and a large
island bench for casual meals and conversation.

The modern kitchen is well equipped for family cooking, with induction and gas
stovetops, a double oven and plenty of bench space for preparing meals after a day
at the beach. There is also a BBQ available for guests use.

The house sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms. There are three bathrooms
and two living areas, giving families or groups plenty of room to spread out. The
home also includes air conditioning in the main living area, ceiling fans in the
bedrooms, gas hot water, NBN/Wi-Fi and off-street parking.

From the house, you can walk to harbour beaches, playgrounds, local cafes and the stunning Manly to Spit Walk, which winds through national park bushland, coastal tracks, native wildlife and Aboriginal rock carvings. Manly Beach is only 2.5 km away and can be reached by walking track, bus or a short drive.

Families will feel very welcome here. At home, guests can enjoy a trampoline in the
front yard, table tennis, board games, puzzles and plenty of relaxed spaces for both
adults and children. Outside the home, there is endless opportunity for summer fun,
surf beaches, ocean swimming at nearby Cabbage Tree Bay, harbour
paddleboarding, bushwalks, playgrounds, great cafes and restaurants, Manly
markets, gyms, pilates and yoga studios, and easy access to Manly’s nightlife.
