Yes, the road can be a little windy as we are right on the waterfront, but the good thing is the access to the house itself is quite easy — it’s only about 15 steps from the garage to the main door, which is very convenient for a waterfront property. Stunning house in the beautiful Northern Beaches part of Sydney. Large property with amazing views of Pittwater. Very comfortable. Huge master bedroom with ensuite and deck overlooking the water, large second bedroom also with ensuite and deck. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are good sizes. Beds are very comfortable. Downstairs bathroom is huge. Amazing property with steps down to the water. Just to note, there are lots of stairs. Steps to get down into the house, steps to get to the bedrooms, more steps to get to the loungeroom and kitchen. Great for able bodied adults or families with teens/older children.The property is large, comfortable and beautiful. Absolutely would recommend.

Thank you so much for your lovely review and for taking the time to share your experience. I’m so glad you enjoyed the house, the beautiful Pittwater views and the spacious rooms. As you mentioned, being in a waterfront position in this part of Sydney, most properties are not flat and often require a steep driveway or steps to access the waterside. Fortunately, our beach house has relatively easier access compared with many of the surrounding waterfront properties. From garage to main entrance is only 15 steps. It is two levels house, yes, there are steps to go down stairs. You are absolutely right that if guests have any mobility issues, it’s always a good idea to check with the host before booking to make sure the property and access are suitable for their needs. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we really hope we can welcome you back again in the future! 😊

Great Family Holiday

The perfect place to unwind and have fun with family. We loved the location and the house has perfect views. An added unexpected bonus was the kayaks that came with the house, allowing us to really see just how beautiful Pittwater really is.

Great Stay

Had a lovely time at the property. Very easy to deal with and house was great for our Group and the view was amazing. Only issue is cars (especially if slightly lowered) will not be able to get into the driveway.

What an amazing property. Stunning views and absolute peace and quiet. A brilliant place to get away from the city and sit around with friends enjoying great food, wine and conversation. Magical Oasis with Water views

This home is incredibly comfortable and functional. Bedrooms and ensuites are like a 5 star hotel, and the open kitchen & living areas are spacious while cozy, with a killer view of your personal beach on Pittwater. Suited a family visit from overseas - they were blown away by the lifestyle the home and surrounds delivered!!!

Family wedding weekend

We really enjoyed our weekend. There was everything we needed, and more. Extremely clean, well appointed, comfortable beds, easy to relax and take in the views. Very steep block, so lots of stairs. Would recommend.

Beautiful home with amazing view over Pittwater

We had a lovely stay with our family in this stunning house. Lots of beautiful features in the house with multiple balconies across the bedrooms. Beware the access to the house with our large car was a little challenging as the driveway to the property is narrow.

Tranquil Paradise

My family and I had the pleasure of staying five nights at this lovely waterfront escape in July. This well-appointed home is even more beautiful than the online pictures, and it has everything you need to make you feel at home for a perfect stay. The views from the master bedroom, deck, and living area are breathtaking, and we enjoyed waking up to the birds serenading us each morning.Shelly is a fantastic host who is extremely responsive, and her detailed guide book provides great suggestions for what to see and do in the area. We would definitely stay here again when we get back to the Northern Beaches, and we’ll recommend this home to our friends and family!

Magnificent

This house is better than the photos, we had the most wonderful time. Every consideration has been made. It’s warm, comforting and the views are breath taking. We would love to come back, I honestly couldn’t fault this home. We stayed for our wedding weekend and it will always have a very special place in our hearts.

Wonderful secluded house with all the bells and whistles

My family and I stayed at this house over my wedding and it was wonderful. Enough space for everyone to sprawl and incredible views over the water. Only thing I will mention is driveway and pedestrian access is via quite a steep drive and staircase so just need to be aware for anyone with mobility issues. Beautiful house and everyone was very happy! Thank you hosts

Congratulations for your wedding! We are glad everyone was happy! It is truly a beautiful part of Sydney with magnificent Pittwater views, a place you can create unforgettable memories. In water front position this part of Sydney, most of the properties are not flat, need to have drive way take you down the waterside. Fortunately our beach house already have easier access compare to any other surrounding properties. You are right, definitely if you have mobility issues, with any waterfront properties should ask the host first to make sure before booking. Hopefully we can host you again in the future.

Perfect house for a family reunion

Our family based in SW WA are used to wonderful houses with wonderful vistas. This house and its location accommodated all our requirements. The access was a novelty and even those in their 70s and 80s with hip issues enjoyed the steepness without complaint. And as a result everybody behaved well towards one another! Our one tip would be to include beach towels.
