Enjoy direct access to the Trans Canada Trail for walking, biking, and ATVing right from our cottage property, and take a quick drive to the famous warm waters and sandbars of Rushton's Beach Provincial Park!

🏡 UNIQUE & FLEXIBLE LAYOUT
Our property features a main cottage plus two cozy, separate sleeping cabins located just steps away... perfect for extended families or groups who want to vacation together while enjoying private sleeping quarters at night.

MAIN COTTAGE:
- Primary Bedroom: 1 Queen bed (sleeps 2) + 1 child-friendly futon
- Second Bedroom: 1 Bunk bed (Double bottom, Twin top - sleeps 3)
- Living Area: 1 Double pull-out sofa + additional sofa space + 1 Twin roll-out sleeping pad for a child

GUEST CABINS (Steps from main cottage):
- Cabin 1: 1 Twin bunk bed set (sleeps 2)
- Cabin 2: 1 Double bed (sleeps 2)
*Note: The guest cabins are dedicated sleeping quarters. All full amenities (kitchen, bath, laundry) are located inside the main cottage.

- Climate Control: Ductless heat pump with full Air Conditioning for hot summer days and cozy heat for cooler nights.
- Fully Stocked Kitchen: Cookware, dishes, coffee maker, and appliances ready for family meals.

🔒 PRIVACY & PROPERTY LAYOUT
The main cottage, guest cabins, and firepit area are 100% private for your group's exclusive use.
Please note: The property owner (my dad) resides in a separate home on the far side of the large grounds. He completely respects guest privacy and will not enter your space or amenities—you may just see him tending to the garden or using the far side of the driveway near the shed!
