The Space:

Step into Villa Coral Breeze, an extraordinary 600 m² architect-designed oceanfront residence where bold contemporary architecture meets the raw natural beauty of Curaçao’s Caribbean coastline.



Originally designed by STATE of Architecture as the BLACKBOX VILLA, the home is defined by two striking extended black volumes and a dramatic architectural contrast: a private, enclosed façade welcomes you from the entrance, while the ocean-facing side opens almost completely toward the Caribbean Sea. The result is a home that feels both wonderfully private and remarkably connected to its surroundings.



The architecture itself is one of the villa’s defining experiences. Black and white stucco, concrete tiles and warm wooden wall panels create a refined yet natural material palette inspired by the rugged landscape of Curaçao. Large black-framed doors and expansive glass openings bring light, sea views and tropical surroundings deep into the home, blurring the boundaries between inside and outside.



At the heart of the villa is an expansive open-plan living area designed around the Caribbean horizon. The open designer kitchen connects seamlessly with the indoor living and dining spaces before continuing onto the terraces outside. Whether preparing breakfast overlooking the sea, sharing dinner with family and friends or simply relaxing with the doors open to the Caribbean breeze, the entire space has been designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living.

Outside, Villa Coral Breeze transforms into your own private Caribbean retreat. Expansive terraces surround an impressive oversized infinity pool overlooking the sea, with multiple areas for lounging, dining and relaxing in both sun and shade. A stylish pool bar creates the perfect setting for afternoon drinks or cocktails at sunset, while tropical landscaping and palm trees soften the villa’s bold architectural lines.



Continue toward the coastline and you’ll reach the villa’s private beach, complete with comfortable sun loungers and a traditional palapa. Here, the architecture gives way completely to the natural surroundings: clear Caribbean water, rugged coastline and uninterrupted sea views.



The villa accommodates families and groups across five luxurious ocean-facing bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. Two spacious master suites offer an elevated level of comfort and privacy. The remaining three bedrooms each feature two single beds that can be configured separately or combined into a king-size bed, giving the villa excellent flexibility for couples, families and groups of friends.



Every bedroom has been positioned to take advantage of the spectacular surroundings, allowing guests to wake up to views of the Caribbean Sea.

Apart from your villa, you will have access to our pools with sun terrace, dedicated staff and their services. The reception is a minute's from your villa.
