Cette villa a été récemment achevée et équipée de tout le luxe et le confort.
La villa est à deux pas de la plage de Blue Bay avec un bar de plage confortable, un magasin de plongée où vous pouvez réserver de belles excursions, des services de massage / pédicure / manucure et 2 restaurants (Azurro et Sunset bar & Grill)
La villa a une vue mer et un terrain de golf.
Vous pouvez également savourer un délicieux petit déjeuner au restaurant Azurro and Pictures.
Au parc lui-même, vous trouverez le parcours de golf unique de 18 trous (vous bénéficiez d'une remise de 20% sur les tarifs de golf), 2 courts de tennis, une salle de sport et un club pour enfants.

La villa se compose de 2 étages. Le salon et la cuisine au rez-de-chaussée sont en liaison directe avec la spacieuse terrasse semi-couverte. Ici, vous pouvez profiter de tout le confort qu'il y a: un canapé-lit de luxe, une piscine à débordement privée avec canapé, des chaises longues et une longue table à manger pour 10 personnes.

La villa dispose d'un total de quatre chambres (toutes avec TV Internet / salon ne dispose que d'une télévision avec chaînes) et de trois salles de bains.
Deux chambres et deux salles de bains sont situées au rez-de-chaussée. Deux chambres, une salle de bain à l'étage inférieur.
Il y a aussi un lit bébé disponible (120 x 60 cm)

En outre, le rez-de-chaussée dispose également d'un salon et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée qui est reliée à la terrasse en dessous. Ici aussi, vous trouverez des chaises longues de luxe et vous pourrez profiter de votre piscine privée.
Il y a un canapé-lit de haute qualité dans le salon. Les 9e et 10e personnes peuvent séjourner ici.
Les deux étages ont des toilettes séparées.

Sur le côté droit, il y a une autre pièce où vous pouvez nettoyer / accrocher votre équipement de plongée. La villa dispose d'un lave-linge et d'un sèche-linge.

A l'arrière il y a 2 places de parking privées pour votre voiture de location.

Vous avez 1 m3 d'eau et 80 kWh d'électricité par jour inclus, cela suffit pour une utilisation normale. Tous les frais supplémentaires seront déduits de votre dépôt.

Beautiful house with a great location

I would live here if I could. The house was great for my husband, our friend, and me. We had room to spare but it was the location and the pools that drew us to this property. The house was spotless when we arrived and the bedrooms were perfectly made up. The decor is minimal but it felt sleek. We just loved the proximity to golf and the beach. We rented a palapa 3 times at the newly opened Brass Boer beachfront restaurant. That was a very pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay again.

What a Great Place!

I've rented many VRBOs in the past, and I must admit, this house was one of the nicest. It was very clean and accommodating, especially for two families (4 adults and 4 kids). Another amazing feature was the proximity to Blue Bay Beach—a quick two-minute walk gives you access to restaurants and the beach. However, you should be prepared to purchase some consumables like garbage bags and soaps. In terms of appliances, they have everything you need! I noticed a few past reviews mentioning surcharges for water and electricity. It’s true that you need to be mindful of your consumption. Simply turn off the AC when you leave and take quick showers, and you should be fine with the daily allowance. Overall, this place was amazing for us, and we would definitely book it again!

Beautiful Home

The house was beautiful! It looks even better in person than in the pictures. The property manager was nice and informative but we didn't see her until the day after we checked in. The pools were very dirty but after we mentioned it they were cleaned well. The house was clean but there was an ant problem. We had to keep everything in the fridge even the stuff you would usually keep in the cupboard they could even get into unopened packages ! We had to keep the garbage can outside. Blue Bay Resort was beautiful and a great place to stay. Overall a great experience! The little things can be fixed.

Best villa and location on Curacao

We traversed the island and agree that Blue Bay is hands down the best location to stay while in Curacao. We were going to stay in Jan Thiel during our last week but stayed in Blue Bay instead. We loved this villa. It is perfect and we would have stayed there our entire trip had it been available. It is perfectly laid out so that my in-laws could sleep upstairs and my son's, husband, and me had the downstairs (really nice privacy). The view is beautiful, the house is spectacular, and its location to the beach is perfect. My sons loved the infinity pool. I highly recommend this villa and if we visit Curacao again, I will try to rent it for our entire stay. LOVED IT! P.s. My only regret is not renting our rental car through the management company that supports this villa--we would have saved a lot of money.

Beautiful home steps from the beach

We loved staying in this modern, clean, beautiful home. Blue Bay is a great location to stay if you want to explore the beaches on the west side of the island. This home is mere steps away from the beach at Blue Bay, so convenient on days you are too lazy to drive to another beach. The property managers were responsive when we contacted them, but we didn't need much because the property was in great condition. There is a negative review about not having household items in the home. This is our 3rd visit to the ABCs, and it seems like none of the VRBOs really have soap, extra TP and cleaning items on Bonaire or Curacao, almost like it is not customary there. However, this house did have soap and extra TP. We did bring some dishwasher tabs and other household items. Very small price to pay for such a lovely visit!

Loved but description not accurate

We loved the house and its location so close to Blue Bay beach. Property manager was fabulous and very attentive. We had multiple issues and she took them all in stride and did her best to remedy them. BUT, do not be deceived by the description of this house. It is NOT beachfront. It is NOT oceanfront. It has a very small ocean view. It does not have an outdoor bbq grill ( panini grills do not count). If you can over look their description and know it is very close to the beach then you’ll love it. We loved it after getting over the initial shock of it not being where it said. Also know that there is new construction going in right next door. We had to pay extra for our electricity use because we couldn’t open the windows due to all the construction dust and noise.

Great villa

The villa is great. The two levels pool, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, all appliances, close to the beach. However, there are small things that could be easily avoided, but for some reason deliberately planted, which bring distraction for your vacation. First, the website. When you see the property description, it says that it can accommodate up to 10 people (and that is true), however, the cost of the stay is listed for 4 people only and it never being disclosed. When you book, you will be charged more per additional people. How hard to explain it on the site? Then at the villa: there is a dishwasher, but there is only one tablet for a single use and they do not provide additional even when you ask. No trash bags. So you have to drive to a store outside of the resort to buy those. Could they add $10 to the amount of the stay and provide that? They don't. Everybody complaining, of course, but the property manager just laughing. They didn't remove the garbage from the street for 5 days, even though I called the manager. It is hot outside. Overall, if they would fix those little issues, I would rate it as 5 starts.

BEWARE of this property!

We have just stayed at this place. Though the house was very nice, the problem was that we were scammed on multiple occasions. 1. The add mentions that the house sleeps 10 people and has 6 bedrooms. We put and arbitrary number 8 people in our search. Once we put it in.. this place came up. We liked it so we went ahead and booked. We thought that the price listed was the price we were going to pay. This was not the case! The next day we were charged an “administrative fee” of $406 euro, which was said was for “extra guests”. Of course, we thought this was a damage deposit because the place is advertised for 10 people and has 6 bedrooms. We were under the impression that if we went over this amount of people we would have to pay this. Unfortunately, before the trip a few of the family members tested positive for Covid and couldn’t attend. The owner still charged us for “extra people” when we only 5 in a 10 bedroom house. He refused to give us the “admin fee” back. Beware of this, it is very deceitful and sneaky. 2. After taking a few for “extra people” they charged us for $123 euro for “water, electricity and a beach pass” : the house states the electricity and water is suffice for normal use with 10 people.. we were only 5 people (who ran the dishwasher twice and took showers daily). We were never shown proof of the overuse. FURTHER we were accused of stealing a beach pass.. unfortunately, living in Canada we would have no use for this pass and each guest had put it back. 3. Lastly, the ac broke for 2 days. The fire alarm was consistently going off.. when someone came to “fix” it, they just removed it and putting the guest safety at risk. We have always been respectful of rental properties and I have never left a negative review in my life. Unfortunately, we were taken advantage of and will not let that go unnoticed. Please consider this when booking your property.

Family vacation

Great place! Close to the beach, restaurants and golf. Lots of space for my family, husband and three young adults. The house was fully outfitted. The only problem was the construction across the street that started at 7:00am. We were also charged an additional $177 for electricity, even though I was diligent about shutting off the AC when we weren't in the room...

Curacao trip

We were very pleased with the property. Very clean and everything you needed. Lots of utensils plates,cups,blender etc. The living room opened right up to the balcony. Very spacious. We had 6 adults and 3 children and had more then enough space. It was maybe a 2 minute walk to the beach. The views were amazing. I definitely recommend this property. Would go back again.

Spectacular property

While we loved everything about the property there was construction on the street which at times was not ideal. But I imagine by next winter it will all be complete. Therefore we would definitely recommend and return.

Amazing ! Fantastic place for your holidays.

The house is amazing, divided in 2 appartements with a huge social area on the top terrace. The house is really 50 m from the beach and ideally located if you want to discover the other gems of the island. The service is top class and very friendly. Well this is the place if you want to have unforgettable holidays with your friend in Curaçao!
