Newly remodeled spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom townhome located in the heart of Key Largo (mile marker 100). The open living area affords ease of entertainment and socializing from the kitchen, featuring striking stainless appliances, lovely wood cabinetry topped with eye-catching granite countertops, to the dining and living room area.
Covered patio is the perfect place to grill and relax while watching the kids in the pool. Enjoy the tranquil environment of a small 4-unit complex with plenty of parking. Pool/Tennis Courts.
Walking distance to Dolphin Plus, Key Largo Fisheries, and great restaurants. Minutes away from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park (MM102), which provides several excellent recreational activities and is known worldwide for breath-taking scuba diving and snorkeling.
Minutes away from Harris Park (MM92.5), which has a man-made lagoon, beaches, playground, and picnic areas.

A Piece of Paradise in the Keys
We were so happy with this rental. It was clean, tidy and the pictures were accurate. We loved the nautical theme! It had everything we needed and more! The patio area had comfortable furniture to relax and was close to the pool. The owners were so kind and answered our questions/inquiries quickly. By the end of our visit we felt like family.
