Summary:
Arriving at Perfect Sunsets you will smell the ocean, feel the breeze and see the blue expanse of the Pacific Ocean right at your fingertips.
Several swimming beaches are a stones' throw away and snorkeling, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding are also available right out front of the apartment.
Enjoy La Jollas' Lot movie theatre and restaurant, picnicking on the lawn, swimming with the seals or perhaps hop in the car and visit many venues San Diego has to offer.
The Space:
Use the elevator, or, if you are feeling like a little exercise, jog up the stairs to the third floor and let yourself into the corner apartment that boasts 180 degree views of the ocean.
Immediately you will see the bright and welcoming living room with comfy furniture, TV and a dining table that can beat most restaurants views!
There is a fully equipped galley kitchen that also looks over the ocean.
The unit has 2 bedrooms. The master has a Queen size bed, TV, lots of closet space and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk in shower and lots of fluffy white towels are provided.
The Guest bedroom also has a Queen size bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
There are coin operated laundry facilities on site for your convenience.
There is a apartment size washer/dryer all in one unit available in the apartment. This is for small loads only but comes in very handy.
After your initial surprise at how stunning the view actually is, you will be even more surprised to know the location allows you to walk to shops, restaurants, galleries and boutiques.
Just 30 minutes drive from down town San Diego, Balboa Park, Petco Park, the Gaslamp District and the famous San Diego Zoo.
You are 15 minutes from Seaworld and about 40 mins from Legoland. Disneyland is 1 ½ hrs away by car or train.

La Jolla is another San Diego neighborhood exuding a Mediterranean village atmosphere. La Jolla Shores' picturesque sandy beach runs north from La Jolla Cove and offers great snorkeling and scuba diving. Known for its galleries, shops, restaurants and the highly scenic coastline, La Jolla is also home to branch of the Museum of Contemporary Art of San Diego. To the north of La Jolla is Torrey Pines, home to the Torrey Pines Golf Course, one of the nation's finest public golf courses and the site of the Farmers Insurance Open in late January or early February. Located around the course is the Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, which offers paths and rock outcroppings to hike on as you make your way to pristine and often empty beaches.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this condo (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
Please respect your surrounding neighbors. This unit sits in a condominium building so you have neighbors on either side of you and underneath you. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home!
