3 Bedroom 2 Bath Unit Overlooking Pond & Closest to Pools & Sports Club!!!

This beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 Bath condo is fully equipped! Sleeps 8 and has a smart tv in every room. The unit is ground level and overlooking a lovely pond. My favorite part about this unit is it is located adjacent to all the amenities which include outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, basketball net, and tennis courts. The large deck off the Master Bedroom & Living Room overlooks the pond and a great mountain view. If your are considering ski season, the Loon Mountain shuttle comes right to our parking lot so all you have to do is walk out the door and onto the shuttle. There is a baseball field, basketball court, and playground within walking distance of the entrance of Forest Ridge. There are many restaurants & Ice Cream Shops located within 1-3 miles of the condo. There are many things to visit or do while in Lincoln. Here are some examples: Barnz Movie Theater is 1.6 miles from the condo. Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf is 2.5 miles away. Jeans Playhouse is 0.9 miles away. Alpine Adventures is 2 miles away. We had a great time staying here. The Host go back to us quickly with any questions we had. The only thing I didn't like was not enough towels for the eight of us for the weekend and toilet paper. And I've stayed at other places where they supply paper towels and cleaning supplies to wipe up any messes we make but overall loved it here

Great ski stay

We had a great stay at this condo super close to Loon, Ice Castles, and right next to the athletic center where our kids loved using the pool and hot tub! Would definitely go back!

Family Vacation

We were very happy with the condo. There were games and movies. My 18 year old and 15 year old enjoyed the pool. We will definitely be going back.

Wonderful ski weekend!

We had a perfect stay! Condo was clean and had everything we needed, fit two families perfectly, so close to the community pool and so convenient for skiing at Loon! Lots of games were a bonus for game nights! Would definitely stay again!

Excellent owners & communication!

My family and I enjoyed our winter stay at this property to see the NH ice castles! The condo was clean and warm and perfect for us. The owners were extremely kind and although there was a hiccup with the sports club (which was out of their control) they generously made up for it. Highly recommend this property for families visiting the Lincoln area during any season.

Birthday Weekend

Went to the Ice Castles with family and friends to celebrate a couple of birthdays. Location was close to others, staying across the street so very convenient. Loved the note on the fridge and additional information. Was a great dining area for us all to hang out as well. Only wish there was updated "things to do" everything seemed geared toward the warmer weather. Made it over to Cannon as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the location.

Convenient to Loon, Easy Walk to Indoor Hot Tub/Pool

Very clean property and the gas fireplace throws A LOT of heat which is nice. Couch and easy chairs very comfortable after a day of skiing/snowboarding. Beds were a little firmer than I like but totally doable. Kitchen could use some more/better: cookware, cups/glasses, utensils and basics (like salt/peppper, bigger sponge for cleaning dishes). Very nice to be able to walk over to the health club - note that they dont give you towels there so you have to bring your own or the ones from the condo. Would stay again.

Great place and value

Really great space especially given the price. Large gathering area, cozy fireplace, ample bedrooms and amenities. We stayed for a week+ with our newborn + 4yo and had 2 other couples join us for the weekend. Close to everything in Lincoln and next door to the sports club plus a pretty pond to walk around. A few things are a bit dated, mostly in a charming way—nothing was uncomfortable (though we might bring our own larger towels next time). It’s clear that the owners are thoughtfully updating all the older stuff as time goes on and have already updated a good amount. Especially given that it’s comparable in price to a hotel room (but with 5x the space and features), this was definitely a great find!

We had a good time, but we couldn't work the tv. Also, there was no kleenex, paper towels, and very little toilet paper. The bed were all very lumpy and everything was very outdated. We had a good despite everything because we like the area and i was with family.

Perfect for wedding weekend

My husband, two adult daughters & one of their boyfriends had a very pleasant stay here for the weekend for the wedding of a family friend. Convenient location, comfortable setting, two bathrooms (needed!), lovely deck. We had enough space to hang out, cook breakfast and relax. Did a lovely hike one day & then a bunch of wedding stuff. Everything went smoothly. The boyfriend took advantage of the gym. Would recommend!

Great location and plenty of space

The unit was a large, open, living area that allowed us to gather and go to different parts when quiet time was needed. The floor unit egress allowed for quick travel to the association pool. We enjoyed our time. Will try to come back again.

Great location

My teens/tweens enjoyed the fact that the pool was right next door and could walk right over, indoor pool larger then the picture looks, nice hottub, really nice outdoor pool. Close to alot of stuff but condo is set way back and is really quiet and peaceful, enjoyed the mornings with the ducks on the pond. Bike path brings u right to the river and loon mountain. Plenty of space, only thing i would say is bring ur own papertowels and maybe cleaning product to clean counter surfaces if u are cooking everynight like we did, a/c is very cold which most people enjoy, would def go back and stay here, would give an extra point if i could have brought my standard poodle lol.
