Great Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great place. It’s a bit outdated but is impeccably clean and maintained. I was truly amazed by how well kept the place is given that it is older. Everything functions properly. The floors were shining they were so clean. No sign of mold or hard water build up in the baths. This property is pet friendly with ZERO evidence of animal dander or smell. Lighting in the main level is beautiful. Slightly inconvenient with the trash dumpster being a little far. My only real complaint is the pillows were horrible in the main bedroom downstairs— just bring your own. Loon Reservation Service was great to work with. I got a call to confirm the day after I booked. Communication was thorough and prompt. I did not need anything urgently or after hours but clear instructions were given if I needed anything. Hope to revisit next year!

For the most part, the property was OK. The Carpet was very dirty and old. There was a very bad musty smell. I’m guessing from mold under the carpet on the basement level. The bed in the basement was so old that you fell into the middle of it we couldn’t even use it. The basement slider when you stepped out you fell off a 2 foot step definitely not up to code at least in Massachusetts pictures were very deceiving. The place was incredibly small. Definitely would not stay here again.

Great location and easy check-in. Local reservation service office was able to rapidly address an issue we had with smoke detector alarming. Was pet friendly although fee was buried deep in fine print. Also listed as having ac. We went on hot days in July. Ac only in living area. Fans in bedrooms did good job. Only real negative was a really uncomfortable master bed, sunken in middle.

It was the perfect place to stay for a ski trip for a family of four. I appreciated the little welcoming gift bag with coffee, hot chocolate and popcorn.

They had a cute little goodie bag that was very helpful since i forgot coffee, so it feels be over in the morning after a late night arriving. Everything was clean and the place was cute, area was beautiful.

Everything else was perfect the place was clean, stocked and looked well taken care of but for 800. Both my parents and I were extremely unhappy with the beds and pillows uncomfortable mattress and flat. I ended up sleeping on the couch…

Location was nice area was quiet and comfortable. The house was perfect for our 2 night stay and fit all our needs. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Great amenities and cleanliness that makes one feel at home immediately. It’s one of those rentals where even after a hard day of hiking, you get the energy to rather have food inside than at a restaurant, while watching Netflix. I’ll definitely look up this place the next time we are in White Mountains with our pet.

Perfect for short stay

Nice for a short stay, definitely needs better mattresses and air conditioning or atleast more fans for main floor and loft. Condo was very clean wish the porch was taken better care of but was still nice. Would definitely come back again for a short stay.
