A much-loved Wanaka holiday home, now under new local ownership.

Your Wanaka Base is a spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom upstairs apartment within a peaceful resort complex. With mountain views, a private balcony, open-plan living, and room for up to six guests, it is a comfortable choice for families, friends, and groups.

The apartment has its own private entrance and is accessed by stairs. A separate apartment is located downstairs, while guests have exclusive use of the upstairs apartment.

The well-equipped kitchen and open-plan living area provide an easy space to relax together after a day exploring Wanaka.

The pool is located close to the apartment, making it easy to enjoy the resort facilities during your stay.

A compact private garage is available for storing bikes, skis, snowboards, and outdoor gear. Larger vehicles may find the space tight, but additional parking is available within the complex and directly in front of the apartment.

Complimentary muesli and orange juice are provided for your first morning.

Guests have access to the entire upstairs apartment, private balcony, garage, and shared resort facilities. Self check-in is available, with access details provided 24 hours before arrival.

We respect your privacy and remain available should you need assistance during your stay.

~ Guest Verification & Guest Portal ~

All guests must complete our verification process before arrival. This is completed through our SuiteOp guest portal, where you’ll find property information, check-in and check-out details, house rules, and local Wanaka recommendations.
HOUSE RULES
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to respect our neighbours, the following house rules must be followed at all times.

No loud noise after 10:00 pm
As the property is located in a residential area, all outdoor noise must cease after 10:00 pm. Neighbours have been asked to report any disturbances. If you feel this may be difficult to comply with, this property may not be suitable for your stay.

Minimum age requirement
The minimum age for the primary guest making the booking is 20 years old. The primary guest must stay at the property for the full duration of the booking and may be required to provide valid photo ID upon request.
New Year`s bookings: For bookings that include New Year`s Eve (31 December), the minimum age requirement for the primary guest is 25 years old.

No parties without prior approval
Parties, events or gatherings are not permitted unless approved by Lakeview Properties in advance. Any unauthorised event may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. Approved gatherings may incur additional guest fees.

Check-out time – 10:00 am
Check-out is strictly by 10:00 am. Late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

No smoking inside
Smoking and vaping, including the use of recreational drugs, are strictly prohibited inside the property.

Property condition on departure
Please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. Additional cleaning beyond the standard cleaning service will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported promptly and may incur repair or replacement costs.

Board games (if applicable)
Please return all board games and pieces to their original boxes before departure. A $60 fee will apply if reassembly or sorting is required by cleaners.

BBQ use (if applicable)
The BBQ and all utensils must be thoroughly cleaned after use. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

Agreement
By confirming your booking and staying at the property, you agree to comply with these house rules and any additional property-specific requirements provided before or during your stay.
