Experience unforgettable vacation days in our modern and bright "Villa Blue Dolphins". The sought-after south-facing location of the house, in close proximity to the vibrant Cape Harbour marina with its excellent restaurants and elegant shops, promises a first-class vacation. Everyday essentials can be conveniently found at the Camelot Isles Shopping Plaza (groceries, pharmacy, post office, etc.), less than two miles away. The popular Cape Coral Beach and a variety of other dining and shopping options are also within easy reach.



The interior of the villa impresses with its modern, bright design, high ceilings, and a breathtaking, diverse waterfront view that will delight you both inside and out. The spacious layout includes two luxurious master suites, two comfortable guest bedrooms, and three stylish bathrooms – ideal for families or groups. The light-flooded living room opens seamlessly to the inviting terrace, creating a wonderful sense of space. Of course, a fully equipped kitchen awaits you, leaving nothing to be desired.



Enjoy ample space to unwind on a living area of approx. 2,816 square feet. For your entertainment, flat-screen TVs are provided in all bedrooms and the living room. The absolute highlight is the expansive terrace with an additional dining area offering picturesque views of the canal. Pure relaxation awaits you in the electrically heated pool and spa.



Please note that the boat lift is reserved for the owner and is not included in the rental agreement. However, rental boats can be conveniently docked at the existing boat dock. Villa Blue Dolphins offers direct Gulf access – a paradise for boaters!



Please note that the rental rate does not include electricity usage. This will be charged separately based on consumption at $0.17 per kWh. This charge is subject to applicable Florida taxes, and for payments made by credit card, a credit card processing fee of 3.6% will apply.

Wonderful Vacation Home

Stayed 18 days and enjoyed every one! The home was very well maintained as well as the pool, hot tub and lawn. Very spacious and relaxing. Boating was reasonably close to the lock and easy access to the gulf? Management was very attentive and accommodating - great rental overall

Complete Gem!

We loved this home. We didn’t hardly want to leave to go on any outings. We cooked, swam, biked, and loved all of it. The house has everything you want including privacy and space to get away for a break. Big beautiful modern home. We couldn’t have been happier! Great place for family time!

This property was everything we wanted and more. Absolutely beautiful house!! Close to everything and easy to check in and check out of. Our family couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Wonderful home for the week

The house had ample space for 8 people. A great outdoor table for dinners or family game night. It was very clean and neat. There were plenty of bath towels and the beds were comfortable. The tv's in the house could use an upgrade (or might be the cable box). The kitchen had plenty of silverware and dishes and "starter" items. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The hot tub heated perfectly throughout the entire week and the kids loved having it all to themselves. We rented a boat for the week and it was wonderful. This house is 45 minutes from the lock to open waters, so keep that in mind when weather could potentially pop up on you. We fished from the dock and "adopted" a duck who visited us every morning on the dock. There are several restaurants very close and the Cape Harbor Marina is a mile down the road with lots of shops and restaurants. All in all the trip was wonderful and we have no complaints with the house other than being a ways away from the gulf. The management company was great, easy to work with and highly responsive. I would definitely recommend this rental to families.

Family Vacation

Blue Dolphin Villa was just as beautiful as the photos! It was clean, spacious and was close to everything. Nadja, the property manager, was so friendly and helpful! The home also had everything we needed for a day at the beach (towels, chairs & umbrellas) it was so nice not having to bring that stuff from home. The kids especially loved the pool and the floats that were provided. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Getaway

After a canceled reservation with a doffer et agent, Nadia saved the day! Her quick and friendly responsea made the stay above and beyond our expectations! Such a great house for what our family was looking for. Close to everything, very clean, and instructions were clear. We are very appreciative of this house and property management group!
