Lake Front Condo @ Waterside Marina. Seasonal Pool, Hot Tub, Club house discount

Pool and Hottub are seasonal, so please ask if they are open. Waterside Does not allow us to keep boats or trailers on the property unless you rent a slip from the marina, but they have their own designated parking.
No boat slip included, but Waterside Marina has over night slips that can be rented. Please call them in advance to reserve one because they go quick during peak times. Two bedroom, Two bath, Sleeper Sofa, (sleeps 8) Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Washer and Dryer. 5miles to Big Ridge State Park, Seven Miles from Interstate 75 Exit 122.Gated Community,Club House, Swimming Pool,Gas Grills, Charcoal Grills, Pavilion,Putt Putt Golf, Children's Playground, Boat Launch, Boat Dock with Boat and Pontoon Rentals, and Dock Restaurant. No smoking, no pets. There is also a “day dock” on the other side of the property that you can leave your boat for temporary use. “No boats left over night”

On Norris Lake area referred to as Loyston Sea, which is one of the largest channels on Norris Lake, 30 minutes from downtown Knoxville and 45 minutes from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! Stay with us if you're going to a UT football game! This autumn come and see our beautiful East Tennessee fall foliage and visit the Royal Blue ATV recreational area! We are minutes away from everything East Tennessee has to offer! GPS - “Dock rd” in Andersonville TN and Waterside Marina is at the end of the road. We have a doorbell camera for security reasons. We have to disclose this to any potential renters. Thank you.

Everything was great! I didn’t realize there were so many stairs, but I may have missed it somewhere in description. The queen bed in the bunk room wasn’t comfortable to us, so it meant some shuffling to other beds, but the king bed on upper floor worked.

Norris Lake getaway

My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised. There are not many places you can find that are located on pretty much level ground and on a quiet cove. We will definitely be returning any time the condo is available when we go down to visit our son and daughter-in-law.

Great stay!

Didn’t realize a lot of stairs going up into the condo carrying suitcases and to the master bedroom. Other than that great time and quiet. Clean and everything thing we needed. Easy to go to Loyston Venue at the top for our daughter wedding. Thank you!

Nice place to stay. Towels were not washed and were still in a pile when we arrived and we had to wash them ourselves. The in door ice maker and water dispenser in the refrigerator did not work. Informed the owners but no response.

Great view!

The condo was beautiful and in great shape. There was a beautiful view of the lake from the balcony and kitchen, plus we enjoyed watching the boat activity right from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again. It was just what we needed, and probably more than we needed. 😊 Thanks for a pleasant stay, Brandon! Brandon was awesome to work with!

Beautiful condo community!

Waterside is the ideal vacation spot with spectacular views of the lake. Very clean and safe area. Close enough to Clinton for the antique festival! The condo itself was great for two singles or two couples; very private from each other. Both the master upstairs and the 2nd bedroom on the first floor seemed to be of equal size. This 2nd bedroom was just like a master suite since the bathroom was within an enclosed room from the rest of the floor, and it was away from the kitchen so I didn’t feel I had to be super quiet. If you don’t like stairs, this may be an issue as you go up a flight to the main floor and another flight if you want to stay in the master suite. I love the exercise
so to me, it was great. Just know this going in. The layout was perfect and the views were lovely. Also, must be well-built as you could not hear neighbors or outside noise. The owner was right on it when the air went out the first night and had it fixed the next afternoon. The place was extremely clean, and master bed was so comfortable, the sheets were crisp and cool! One major problem that may be an issue is the 2nd bed. A new mattress is a must before I would rent again as it literally sinks in the middle. My friend was in this 2nd room and that was a huge disappointment. Also the ice maker does not work on the outside
 you have to dig it out through the inside. Not a deal breaker, but it was a slight annoyance. Other than this, the place is spectacular!! Would definitely stay again!

The condo was everything advertised. For us, the Waterside area of Norris Lake offers all amenities we need for a long weekend of fishing and relaxing.

Greate value for the price

Really nice property and not a bank breaker for the price. The beds are very comfortable and the TVs in each room are easy to use with your own streaming devices or the connected streaming devices.

Nice with minor exceptions

The location and cleanliness of the property was terrific. The checkin process was simple. They had a Christmas tree set up, which was also nice. We found that the condo lacked a few amenities. Tried to communicate this with the owners, but received no response. If you stay here, bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner, and kleenex. Also, the toilet in the master bath had water running through it all night. If you jiggle the handle just right, you might be lucky enough to get it to stop. And the lamp switch in the master bedroom is broken.
