Fantastic Rental— Welcoming, Clean and Accurate

Our stay was fantastic! The home was exactly as pictured—clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Justin and Paola were extremely responsive and friendly, making the entire experience seamless. Location was perfect in a safe neighborhood and an easy drive to 95, the beach and surrounding towns. We loved the hot tub and pool area. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming rental.

Amazing time

Home was beautiful and clean. Justin and Paola were very nice and detailed in their check-in/check-out process. We absolutely enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay there again!

Second stay was every bit as wonderful as the first!

We are repeat customers who love this property and its owners. The heated pool and hot tub are great, house is spotless, location on the water with dock is great for boating and kayaking, and the kitchen and outdoor grill make meals easy. Owners are local and very responsive (and fun).

Quiet getaway

This 2 bed / 2 bath house is big and well furnished. The pictures on line are very representative of the house. We loved the location on the canal. It is located in a neighborhood so not touristy which we appreciated.

Excellent stay at Imperial Point

My family and I stayed at Imperial point for an extended weekend. The home was lovely and the area was great. We were close to everything yet the neighborhood was quiet and cozy. We loved the pool and jacuzzi. The only issues we had was that I didn’t get any check in details from Virbo, and the TVs were all Roku TVs and were not easy to operate. Those issues aside, the host was easy to get in touch with and amazingly helpful with all our questions. Would stay again 100%.

Being home felt like being at a RESORT!

Beautiful property on the intracoastal waterways of Ft Lauderdale…the pool/hot tub/fire pit areas situated dockside a perfect spot to enjoy the Florida sunshine…close proximity to beautiful beaches, Pompano Beach our favorite! Property owners were super attentive and responsive with any questions we had. Go and enjoy!

Perfection!

This home was exactly as described, absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked, owners were quick with a response to questions and also a welcome text. The Christmas decorations were a great addition and the bottle of wine for the holidays was a nice surprise. We had the best time and will def be back again

AWESOME HOST AND PROPERTY

MY fiancé and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. The house is clean and well kept. The amenities are fabulous and the neighborhood was peaceful. Most importantly, the hosts (Justin and Paola) were very responsive to any questions or concerns. They provided SUPERIOR customer service. I highly recommend this property for couples and families. Beautiful home with lots of amenities

Cool , spotless place! Traveling for work and needed an instant booking. Paola was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable about the area and attentive. The home was very relaxing, clean, modern. I had everything I needed to work and relax. The house is about 10 minutes from the beach. Lots of cool restaurants. I can’t wait to come back with my family and enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi! Spectacular Home

From start to finish the property worked well for me and my friends. House was spacious and very clean. The back yard was awesome with lots of sun, beautiful pool and attached hot tub. Very quiet neighborhood plenty of amenities in the house. The owners Justin and Paula we just. Great. Always ready to answer any questions we had. Wish we could keep it our little secret!

We had a wonderful two-week stay!! The house is beautiful, stylish, spotless, and updated with several smart home features. There is a smart/roku tv in every room, and several desk areas from which to work from home. The heated pool and jacuzzi are wonderful, and we enjoyed kayaking off the extra-long doc. The house sits right up against the canal, so the view from several of the rooms is breathtaking. Last but not least, Justin and Paula are extremely responsive and delightful owners!!

We wish we could keep you here forever!! We are super excited for your return in May and for your daughters Graduation Party!! I have to say Patricia and David were incredibly organized, clean, responsive and understanding.....even when the pool heater broke and we have to Overnight One for a next day install. Super home and hosts!

We spent 10 days at this wonderful property. We had 5 (older) adults and the space and layout is ideal. It has everything you need and Justin and Paola have put a lot of attention to details to make it a peaceful retreat. They also were extremely attentive to our needs and answered communications within minutes (actually seconds!). The pool, hot tub, dock were put to daily use and offered sun and shade. We also enjoyed the beach at Lauderdale-by-the-Sea which was just a 10-12 mn drive. It was great to spend 1/2 day there and then come back to this welcoming property! Thank-you!

Excellent Family Vacation, Excellent Property & Host

This property is beautiful and super comfortable! It’s open concept and zoned bedrooms make it especially easy to spread out. Justin and his wife were exceptionally communicative and responsive from the moment the property was booked until the moment we checked out! When I discovered that there plenty of towels in the home, but no washcloths the owners offered to reimburse me for purchasing some for our family as they were out of town. Adults and kiddos alike enjoyed watching lizards and iguanas scurry across the lawn! The back yard is a peaceful oasis that is great for dipping in the pool or having a meal as boats pass by. We will definitely return!

The house with the Five-Star Resort feel!

After thirty years in the professional services industry, spanning three countries, I always prided myself on exceeding my clients' expectations. I thought I had the formula right: be responsive; be accessible; be engaging; make the client feel as if they are the only one you care about; pay attention to what they say; anticipate their needs. Well, my wife and I have just spent a most memorable week enjoying the hospitality of Justin at his Imperial Point. Quite simply, he sets a new standard in customer satisfaction. From our first meeting he was attentive to our every need, and at any time. No request was too small, and his response was always within seconds, literally, like raising the temperature of the hot tub as early as 7:00 AM, or as late (for us, anyway!) at 11:00 PM; to the personal delivery of extra paper towels within minutes. We were especially impressed and thankful for his help in assisting us to locate local COVID19 testing sites when our own research was becoming fruitless and time-consuming. I could go on and on about our many, many other endless requests throughout our week's stay but suffice it to say that he never faulted on any of them, and he was an absolute gem of a host. If there is ever an opportunity to cast a vote for a "Host of The Year", he should be nominated and will be a shoo-in to win that title, in our opinion. Turning to the home itself, it is one of the best places that we have ever stayed in. Situated on the intercoastal in Fort Lauderdale what impressed us from the get-go was its cleanliness. It was spotless. The furniture is all high-end, the beds more heavenly comfortable than some of the best hotels that we have stayed in, the linen plush, new, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped for entertaining. All the other fixtures and decor are thoughtfully chosen and positioned. The outdoor amenities resemble the best of any resort: a water sports area, with two kayaks, oars and life-jackets for leisurely paddling on the waterway; a large outdoor BBQ (spotlessly clean on our arrival) for outside entertaining; an exceptionally clean pool, and separate hot-tub for hot soaks at any time of the day, or night. But it was also those extra little details that impressed us equally: the outdoor shower and the automatically timed outdoor mood lighting; and two plastic lounges in the shallow end of the pool itself. Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy Imperial Point. It's a Five-Star resort in a house.

Justin was a great host and very active in our experience. Very informative and always available for our questions. The house is perfect for a family of four. We know them all personally every single neighbor you can see has been our friends for the past 4 years. We currently reside down the street at another property we needed a little more space for our family so we are now living about 1 mile away.
