Located in a desirable, beach-side neighborhood, this charming, pristine 3BR/2BA ranch-style home is just where you want to be but without all the crowding! Back deck overlooks private yard for family gatherings after a day at Mayflower Beach. The 3 bedrooms are all equipped with window ac units. Comfortable, charming and close to the beach for a perfect Cape Cod vacation!

Non-refundable $500 Administrative fee, $200 cleaning fee plus applicable state and local taxes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This will be our 5th year renting the Summer Sand through Gibson Sotheby's. Denise is always an absolute pleasure to deal with. We love the rental and its proximity to Bayview Beach which in my opinion is one of the nicest beaches on the Cape!We will continue to rent this property as long as it's available!

House was great although dated. I grew up in seventies so felt at home…haha! Everything was clean and functional. Great location.

They had air conditioners in each bedroom which we needed for our week. Would highly recommend the house, so convenient to the beach which is what we wantedMy only comment was the beds were not hat comfortable and the wifi was very weak,but would stay at the house again!!

It was well equipped. The only negatives were the beds are very hard and the Wi-Fi is weak, but both of those are minor compared to being in such a glorious location.
