Great Location

Very nice and quiet location with lots of places to dine within a short distance. Condo was very comfortable. The host was very accommodating as we had an extended stay. I highly recommended this property!

Very clean place, great communication. Easy garage access. Nice layout. Only drawback was very minor: remotes not working, probably because of batteries.

Christmas Magic

We enjoyed our stay at his property over Christmas. The property is clean and stocked with all items needed. The process was easy from beginning to the end. The Christmas tree was a nice touch that helped my family enjoy our Christmas!

Met our needs, better than a hotel.

We were not at the property most of the day as we visited our daughter in town. But the value for what we needed was perfect. We are a large family, and getting two hotel rooms was double the cost. It was great to have a space where we could all be together and the convenience of breakfast and coffee in the morning instead of eating out. The apartment was clean and pleasant. The communication with the host was easy and quick. The location was good for us as we only had a short drive to our daughters place. Would rent again when we are back in town.

One of my Favorite VRBOs

This was one of my all-time favorite VRBOs I've rented. It was so clean, well-kept, and decorated nicely. It was in a peaceful neighborhood, and the property manager was communicative and helpful. I would definitely stay here again! This property has three floors, so if you have trouble with stairs (like knee issues), it may not be great for you, but otherwise, I wouldn't hesitate to book the property!

Great place for family trip

The rooms are a tad small but the living area is great for group interaction. The property was clean and convenient to various Salt Lake activities.

Thanksgiving with family

Overall a good experience and would stay again. Every dish we took out of the cupboard was dirty and had to be washed but the overall unit was very clean and nice. Very comfortable beds.

Ski Trip

The property was nice, new and modern. The location was near the highway, easy access. Not far from groceries and Costco. Had an issue with the heat when we shut it off because it was too hot in the residence and couldn't get it back on. The owner promptly rectified the matter. There is only one thermostat for the unit, therefore the basement area gets cold and the top floor warm. The bedrooms were rather small not much room for luggage, but just need to unpack and put away. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom had a ceiling fan which was nice. I do believe a new dishwasher is in order. We were informed the dishes and glasses had a film on them due to the hard water in SLC, but we have been visiting SLC for over 20 years and never seen that issue beforehand. Took one star off for the dishwasher. Garage parking and plenty of street parking in front of the unit. Outside of the dishwasher, I would stay here again.

Brand new, clean and quiet

The finishes in the condo are on trend, clean and very nice and new. Nice floor plan. Especially loved having a flex space int eh basement and a large garage! Very quiet corner unit. Nice stay!

Great property

Very clean, inviting property in nice location. The main floor was a great place to hang out! The bedrooms are a bit small for luggage or a pack n’ play but it still worked for us. Very clean with the exception of a few dishes and a towel. I would recommend adding an iron and ironing board and maybe a few extra towels (women with long hair need two :) ), but overall a fantastic property. Sandy was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly to my inquiries throughout the entire process. I’d definitely stay here again.

Such a Lovely Townhome

Reluctantly I am leaving this review as we hope to stay here again! This is a lovely and large townhome with plenty of room for our two teens to spread out. Close to town and close to slopes, we really had a great stay. We stayed over Christmas and we forgot our little tree at home, and it was an absolute joy to see there was one there for us. Just an extra touch that made our stay memorable. It was immaculately clean, the kitchen was stocked and communication was fast. Check in and out was a breeze.

Great Place!

This was an AMAZING first vrbo experience. The townhouse is brand new and beautifully decorated. Provided amenities were great. Would definitely come back - highly recommend.
