This modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom private home is located in a safe neighborhood in Bountiful, Utah.

The home is a 1500 sqft house with three beds and two bathrooms. It has a full kitchen, two living rooms, and a laundry room. The house has a large grassy backyard with a hammock and mature trees.

The entire house, front yard, backyard, and driveway are available to our guests.

Wonderful Stay

Holly and Jordan’s place was perfect! We really enjoyed the classy modern decor and the great location. Communication was great and the welcome treat basket was a great extra touch.

Home Sweet Home

What a cute, homey place to stay. It was just like being at home, we loved this little home, the host thought off all the little things to stock the home with. The neighborhood was quiet and the home is conveniently located close to pretty much everything we needed. We will definitely reach out to you again when we come back to visit our family. Thank you for your hospitality.

SLC visit

We enjoyed our stay and the location was wonderful, just a short distance to our granddaughters. The only issue we had was that the bathroom door is opaque glass and movement and shadows could be seen through it.

Lovely home

We stayed at this home during our vacation in Salt Lake City. Our son had a soccer tournament at the regional athletic complex and we decided to make a family trip out of it. The home is very close to that sports complex, the airport and downtown. The home was beautifully decorated, efficient, well stocked and met all of our needs. The home was well stocked and had many extra details to make our stay comfortable. The hot tub was a big bonus! The hosts were also very easy to work with and responsive to our questions. We highly recommend and would stay again!

This house was dirty! The carpets, rugs and downstairs couch were all stained. Both couches have seen better days. The throw pillows were dirty. The wood floors in the kitchen and living room were broken and coming apart. The bedding in the king bedroom had stains, one that was obviously blood. There were hairs in the bed also. The 2nd bedroom had peeling wallpaper and a stained rug. The bathroom had a hole in the wall where the toilet paper holder used to be. The shower curtain was stained. The shamp/cond/bodywash holders didn't look like they'd ever been cleaned. The shampoo was empty. The downstairs holder was filled with random leftover shampoos and bodywashes. We had to go buy our own bc what was there was gross and seemed unsanitary. The window track in the shower was disgusting. The kitchen had no paper towels, dish towels or sponges to clean up with. We had to go buy paper towels. The refrigerator was dirty. The kitchen window had splatters of maybe food and was so dirty you could barely see through it. The track was gross. We weren't even aware there was a spa. Even if we wanted to use it or just enjoy being outside, the patio and seating area was filthy. The couch was filthy, ripped and full of debris as was the entire patio. I'm not sure who was rating this 5-star for cleanliness, which is why we chose it, but it was far from it. I also didn't enjoy laying in bed, resting, only to have a man's face appear in the window as he showed up to chores and water plants.
