Perfect escape!

Condo was clean, comfortable, and pretty! Terrific location - quiet, lower density area but still close to everything you need. We've stayed at Celadon before, and we will definitely stay again. And this particular condo is perfect! We've rented condos in Panama City Beach from Warren Beach Rentals twice now, and their service is excellent!

Fun Stay At The Beach

View from the balcony was awesome! I also love the fact that there are two full bathrooms, even in a one bedroom. Staff at Warren Beach Rentals were very quick to respond, and took care of any requests right away!

Our stay was perfect!!!

The room was clean, beds were comfy, we had everything we needed, we enjoyed everything about our stay at Panama City Beach. The view was absolutely gorgeous! I hope to return again some day and enjoy the beautiful emerald waters again.

Great room

Absolutely stunning view from the room. Our condo was clean. The beach service was great however there’s a lot of smoking on the beach while we were there and pot smoking in the rooms to the right of us. I would stay again because of that view!!

Thanks for staying.. we sent over an AC tech to check this out. AC tech we sent over measured the AC air coming out of the register at 59 degrees. Thats about as good as it gets for an AC at the beach.

Nice apartment, nice beach

This apartment is accurately depicted and overall, we enjoyed our stay there. As a family of 4 with kids who are growing, the layout was a little tight but we still enjoyed our stay. The beach service that was included with our stay was a definite bonus! Warren Beach rentals was very quick to respond about any issues.

New Years Eve Vacation

Beautifully decorated condo with an excellent view of the beach. I enjoy cooking and did not lack for any type utensil in my prep work. We enjoy the quiet end of the beach and the Celadon is perfectly placed on the strip to access the more lively areas of PCB as well as the lesser utilized beach fronts.

Celadon 2107

Celadon 2107 is beautiful, clean and comfortable sleeping. Only complaint is the Elevstors went out for a day and we were on 21st fl. Would rather it have been closer to more activity. Had to drive pretty much everywhere for shopping or restaurants.

GREAT place in Panama City Beach

We’ve been to the gulf coast quite a few times but this was the first time staying in PCB. The Celadon condos are in a great location, away from the busier areas but still close enough to get to restaurants, stores and entertainment in just a few minutes by car. The dates we booked ended up being partially during a hurricane, and the property owners allowed us to cancel our first night, but we kept the following three nights and I’m glad we did. The building itself is fine, but the unit we stayed in was excellent. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, and from the 21st floor, a GREAT view. We will definitely book this unit again.

Great stay!

My 15 year old daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at several different units at Celadon over the years and love the people, space and privacy on the west end. Including the beach chairs makes all of the difference. So relaxing! We visited Mike's for a great dinner and Thomas's for great donuts. The Carousel was very convenient and decently priced for liquor and food. The convenience store pizza was pretty ok too.. We really didn't have to leave the local area. The pools and hot tubs and pools were clean. Elevators were quick and efficient. The unit was quiet, open, clean and decorated well. The beds were comfy and clean. The kitchen was clean and had plenty of useful cookware. It was a great relaxing, refreshing, fun week at the beach. Thank you so much!

Beautiful Clean Condo

This is a beautiful and clean condo. It’s clean and up-to-date decorations were refreshing! The beds were comfortable and every possible kitchen item is available. The refrigerator worked well and had a new water filter in it. The unit was perfect! We did have an issue with some young adults throwing fruit and ice from their room on the 17th floor while we were in the pool and on the beach. My daughter was hit with a grape and my husband with ice on two different days. The issue is that there is NO security on the premises and no person was ever available at the front desk other than a realtor. I left messages and was not contacted back by management. There were some maintenance men who tried to help with the situation but with no security on the premises, there wasn’t much that could be done.

Okay Condo

This was our first time at The Celadon. Overall, it was a good stay. Parking garage was good, having to park across the street wasn’t as bad as we were expecting, they made things very easy! The unit was a good size. Overall, it’s just an ok condo. The description said it had been remodeled but I really couldn’t tell. The furniture in the living room had stains, the master bath sink was slow to drain, the master bedroom mattress was awful! We literally didn’t have one good nights sleep! Sheets were too small and kept coming off, pillows were horrible! We had to take the ones off the bunk beds to use, thank goodness we had those or we would have had to go buy new ones! Comforter had bleach stains, ceiling fans were dirty. Overall, it just felt cheap and not up to our expectations. Toilets, sinks, floors and showers were very clean, so that’s a plus! They looked older, but were clean!! Washer and dryer had an odd smell that never really went away, but they seemed to work fine. Keurig was a definite plus as we always have to bring our own. We had a great time! Beautiful weather and the ocean put on quite a show! 21st floor was awesome! Not to forget, one of the elevators literally made us feel like we were about to die one night!! Never ever been that scared in an elevator and it made me nervous every time I stepped in! No one was around to report it to, but we did hear they were having issues all week! Would stay at Celadon again in spite of everything, just probably choose another unit. The umbrella/chair guys were AWESOME!!! Best we’ve ever had!! Great guys with great customer service!! Refreshing!! Sunsets were hands down the best ever!! Warren Rentals were easy to work with and communicate with! We stayed an extra night and they were easy to contact to get that confirmed! Would definitely rent from them again.

21st story nightmare

Elevator was out for two day. Had to walk the stairs. We were on the 21st floor. Property management and warren rentals had zero care and did nothing to make this right.

Amazing and restful stay

My husband and I were looking for a relaxing beach holiday in a beautiful location and we found it here! Stunning beaches and water, a clean and well stocked condo, and great local restaurants nearby within walking distance or a short drive. The beach chairs and umbrella which were included and set up for us were excellent and we looked forward to it every day! We would definitely stay here again!

I would suggest not going during spring break. There were not enough elevators and beach chairs to accommodate the amount of people staying at this facility. The condo was nice, although it could use a deep clean.
