Will there be plates, utensils, pots & pans, etc. in the cabin?
Yes, the kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of plates, cups, mugs, utensils, a crockpot, and pots and pans. Courtesy items include trash bags, dishwasher packs, dish soap, and paper towels. Due to health department rules, we cannot provide spices, cooking oil, or other condiments.
Is there a grill?
Yes, a charcoal grill is available just outside the front porch. Charcoal and lighter fluid are not provided.
Are there appliances and a coffee maker?
Yes, the kitchen features a full refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove, and oven, along with a Cuisinart Combo Keurig machine with a coffee pot combo (cone-style filters).
Are sheets and towels provided?
Yes, sheets are provided on every bed, and two sets of towels and washcloths are available in each bathroom.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed in the cabin at any time.
Are toilet paper and other toiletries provided?
One courtesy roll of toilet paper per bathroom and bars of hand soap are provided. Other toiletries are not included.
Are there TVs and cable?
Yes, each bedroom, as well as the living room and recreation room, features large HD smart TVs with cable boxes. You can also log in to your own Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, and YouTube accounts.
Does the cabin have any games or activities?
Yes, the cabin boasts a 3-in-1 pool table, air hockey table, and ping pong table combo. Thereâs also a multicade arcade game with 60 arcade games, board games, and playing cards. A 7-person jacuzzi on the deck overlooks the mountains.
What are the roads like to get to the cabin?
The roads are wide and paved, making it easy to get to the cabin.
Are there bears?
Yes, bears are common in the area. While they generally do not interact with humans, please use extreme caution if you see a bear and do NOT feed them.
Is the cabin close to nearby attractions?
Yes, the cabin overlooks downtown Gatlinburg and is less than a 10-minute drive from the action. Itâs minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park and the new observation bridge, the largest in North America. The Ober ski resort is also nearby.
Is smoking permitted?
No smoking is allowed inside the cabin or on the decks. Smoking is permitted in the parking area only.
