2 Bed Condo across from Toomers Corner and AU Campus

Historic building across the street from campus and Toomers Corner! Park and walk to everything downtown Auburn has to offer including the football stadium and basketball arena! A mix of historic Auburn and modern furnishings. You won’t find a more central location! All mattresses, dish-ware, televisions, etc are all brand new!

These renovated units are in the center of downtown. One parking space is provided per unit. You must use a parking hang tag to avoid getting towed. This tag is provided in the unit.

THIRD FLOOR WALK-UP - this is an older building and there is no elevator to access the units.

Amazing location, be prepared it is very loud and not really masked by sound machine. This is stated, it was a game weekend and we were aware but I am a heavy sleeper and still woke up to music that seemed to get louder around 1am. The place was clean. It definitely rundown with a hole in one bedroom wall and patched walls here and there.

Great location for our short stay in Auburn! Everything about this stay was easy. The sound machine, which I’d never used before, was the ticket for a good night’s sleep.

Had a great college visit with my HS senior son and family. We wanted to stay in the middle of everything and this place is definitely that! Location was amazing. We were there on Halloween night as well as Daylight Savings so we got to see the best of the best from a party perspective. No question the bars are loud but my whole family sleeps soundly and we had no issues going and staying asleep. If you are a lite sleeper you will want noise cancelling or white noise but if you sleep soundly and want to stay in the middle of the action, this place works great!

Great Location!

I’m sure it will be loud during the school year with its placement next to a bar, but it was a perfect summer AU outing for me! There are no TV’s in the bedroom and that would have been nice, otherwise awesome!

Lovely spot to stay in Auburn!

The apartment was great. Clean, big bath room, parking included, across the street from campus, all kinds of utensils in the kitchen. Just what my son and I needed while we were there for a college visit.

Auburn baseball weekend

If you are there to enjoy the “college experience” you really can’t ask for a better location. If you weren’t already aware of the location between a couple of fun college bars, then it might surprise you. Place has everything necessary to enjoy a few days on the plains. Great restaurants, bars and campus sporting venues all within a short walk.

convenient place to stay

This VRBO was very convenient for us since it was near our sons apartment. It was overall a good stay but definitely bring ear plugs since its right next to the 2 hot spots in town.

Excellent stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great, check-in and parking was easy, and the clean up instructions weren’t over the top. I had a small cut on my leg that lead to a small amount of blood on our sheets and I hope I didn’t leave any belongings. Thanks for a great weekend!

Great location and a comfortable space!

We enjoyed being so close to the school and the nightlife. Be ready for a few hours of the sounds of a happy college party in the evenings. Didn't bother us at all, in fact it was fun to be there!

Great location!

We had a great time. Location location location!!! We never moved our car once we got there. It was aliitle loud at night but the owner has disclosed this beforehand. Noise machine in bedroom was a plus!! Definitely would book and stay again!!

Super stay!

Perfect property for a stay, right in downtown Auburn! Walk to everything! Nightlife can be loud, but to be expected AND the noise machines provided in each bedroom definitely helped to sleep soundly! Clean, cute and convenient! Would love to stay here again! War Eagle!

Business on campus

The property is clean and very comfortable. It is right in the middle of the Auburn campus, which made things very convenient for us as we had business on campus this week. I appreciate the care that went into every detail.
