This first floor unit (1 set of stairs to front entrance) is a convenient walk to the pool and beach! It is a wonderfully decorated Lagoon Villa in the heart of Wild Dunes! This nautical themed villa is perfect for the active family looking! Each bedroom has 2 queen beds and 1 full bath that each have their own private balcony overlooking the pool. Guest have access to resort shops, restaurants, bike rentals, spa, golf and the Lagoon Villa pool.

Family Time

We loved the property. Easy entry and plenty of amenities! The walk to the beach was a little tricky because all the accesses were closed due to damage. We just went down Seagrove Lane through a parking lot.

It was a little cool for the pool, but it looked clean. The guts of the toilet in one of the bathrooms was off and the toilet ran. The remote for one of the tv’s didn’t work properly and we had a hard time figuring out how to work one of the other tv’s. The one in the living room worked fine and we didn’t watch much anyway. Just an FYI.

IOP Paradise

We loved the layout and decor of this condo, which is located in a pedestrian friendly area great for families. Five minute walk to beach or coffee at Hudson’s Market by the Sweetgrass Hotel. Condo has a coffee maker but I like lattes too. Beautiful area. Hope to stay again!

Awesome Unit

This condo was beautifully decorated. It is conveniently located near the pool and just a five minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook great seafood dinners. I hesitate to say how awesome it is because we want it to be available when we can go again!

Walking distance to Hudson’s place market and numerous restaurants !

The location was great! just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed walking across the street and eating breakfast/lunch/dinner at the boardwalk and sea grass hotels, the laughing gull, and coastal crust pizza and drinks and live music at the burger restaurant overlooking the beach at the end of the boardwalk. tennis courts right next door so convenient The property manager Alec was responsive and the unit updated / (other than the bathrooms)but they were fine. Also would highly recommend Pier 71 - our favorite restaurant (food and atmosphere) - the only restaurant we had to drive to but it was less than a few miles. Had a great trip for a long weekend with our sons baseball team.

IOP Review

A/C is not effective. Only room that stayed cool was (1) of the bedrooms (bedroom to the right when you first walk in). Den and left bedroom are very warm. Plus, you cannot change the digital thermostat in the left bedroom for the AC to below 72. PLUS, a lot of the switches to operate the ceiling fans have a cover over them so you cant even turn the fan on in the den. Additionally, the bedroom that the AC did work in was not getting hot water when we got there and we had to call maintenance to come fix that. Luckily they were very responsive and arrived quickly. Otherwise we would all have had to share 1 shower to get hot water. Nice place but these items need to be attended to... KB

Hi Ken, the thermostat for the left bedroom is touch screen and definitely goes below 72. There is only one cover over the living room ceiling fan switch, which can be operated by the pull strings on the fan. Apologies, wish you would have mentioned when we spoke on the phone.

Great Condo and Host

Beautiful condo in a great location on Isle of Palms. We enjoyed walking to the beach, Seagrass Hotel, bike rentals and the pool right outside the condo. Looking forward to next time!

Excellent location and great place!

We enjoyed being next to the pool and walking across the street to the beach! This location is great near the Sweetgrass Inn. The condo is nicely decorated, great smart tv, space, and the property management were wonderful to work with! Highly recommend it!

Spring Break

We enjoyed our quick trip to IOP for Spring Break and enjoyed staying at the property. Perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed the amenities and took advantage of the restaurants onsite. Walk to beach wasn’t too bad and it helped that we brought our beach cart. Would recommend this property.
