Everything was great. It was a convenient location and a perfect for our family. We didn’t have any light in the upstairs master bedroom shower and the closet downstairs had a malfunctioning door, but overall, it was a great place to stay!

Great location. Close to everything we chose to do while in Branson. The only complaint we had was the beds weren’t the most comfortable, but we would stay at Thousand Hills again.

This was very easy to get to and easy to get around from. We had a personal issue with a family member and communicated our need with the management team. They quickly assisted us and made a bad situation much easier!

Lovely mountain cabin

Comfortable and very conveniently located for shopping and dining. The only problem we experienced was a leak in the dishwasher.

Very Nice! Loved location!

This cabin was located literally 15 minutes from anything we did over four days! We were in cabin 110, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths for 2 adults and 2 kids. It is literally walking distance to the Tanger outlet mall! If there was anything, we needed such as more towels or show tickets a simple call to the front desk or swinging by was all that was necessary! Everyone at Thousand Hills was so nice and pleasant! We will definitey choose Thousand Hills for our next stay!

Good location but poor communication

We were happy until the last day of our stay when we came across an issue. We have been calling for multiple days without a call back.

Overall, good

When we first got here there was a bit of confusion on where to check in. No signs to direct and we had to call, this could of been on us for not asking before hand, but a for warning would of been nice. There were a few things inside of the cabin that threw us off, the fire place didn’t work, which we found out that they only turn them on for winter, makes sense, but it’s a cabin, would of liked a working fireplace. We had a lamp in the master bed without a lightbulb and our balconies door was very difficult to open. Maintence did come out for the door but was told the frame would have to be replaced, why not have this replaced and fixed before customers arrive. Found food crumbs in the living room. Also, the biggest complaint of ours was the bed, the beds were hard and squeaky and the sheets rough. For the price you pay you would expect, AT LEAST, to have soft sheets. Overall, the cabins were a nice get away for a weekend, close to shopping and everything else.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review! Our check in location is on our listing and detailed on the confirmation letter you receive from VRBO when you reserve, sorry for any confusion there! As the fireplaces emit a lot of heat, enough to heat the entire Cabin, we have them shut off when temps are still in the high 80s or 90s since they compete with the air conditioning and can cause them to break down. I am so sorry that you did not get to enjoy the fireplace this time but at least you had some wonderful very warm weather during your stay! If you are able to travel again this Fall or Winter, you will be able to enjoy the fireplace- we would love to have you back. I am very sorry that it sounds like you did not have a perfect time with us, which is what we strive for. I am glad that you still had a nice weekend and got to enjoy Branson! I hope that you have a wonderful day, and that we will see you back again soon!

Cabin in the Hills

The Cabin we stayed in was beautiful, with all the comforts of home. Very clean and spacious. The only thing I had an issue with was the dishes in the kitchen, there was remnants of left over food particles from previous use on several dishes, so I had to wash all of the dishes we used before I would use them. Not a big deal but was still gross. Even with that issue I would still rent the cabin again. Thanks

Nice Cabin

The cabin was very nice. Only complaint was that the upstairs, which consisted of the master bedroom and bathroom, stayed about 15-20 degrees warmer than the downstairs. We had the ceiling fans on to push the warm air down but it did not help. The downstairs stayed cold and the upstairs stayed very warm. I'm cold natured and the upstairs was even too hot for me. It was almost miserably hot. The only other thing was that the pics of the property made it appear your cabin had ambulatory access to an outdoor wooded area and it did not.
