Luxurious Ladson is close to an array of dining, shopping, and wellness options. Upscale 3 bed 2 full baths and 1/2 bath home very close to Main St, downtown, Falls Park, and Swamp Rabbit Trail. The upper level has 3 bedrooms both with office space, washer and dryer-laundry room! Downstairs has a 1/2 bath, kitchen, and living room with smart tv. The main level has a covered front porch as well as a garage off of the kitchen. The house has a private driveway and a two-car garage.

The house is so clean beds are comfortable we were back and forth to downtown and drove. It was easy to get back and forth. The space was so well laid out. Such a great weekend!

There were only 4 dinner plates and 6 small dessert plates. There were 4 wine glasses. So, if it sleeps 8 adults, that's a little awkward for meals.The house policy is to provide address at the moment of move-in. That makes it hard to plug in driving directions if you are traveling from afar.

Nice house. Good location

The house was very clean and located about a 10 minute drive from downtown. Here are a few suggestions to make future guests more comfortable. 1: A tub mat in the jack and jill bathroom. One guest almost fell in the very slippery tub; 2) waste baskets in bedrooms; 3) update info sheet re: wifi info and how to lock the front door - both were incorrect; 4) dish towels would be nice instead of constantly having to use paper towels.

Perfect Home and Location

We wanted a place within walking distance to downtown and this location did the trick. It's approx. 1.2 miles to Main St. and all of the restaurants downtown. The home was super clean, well appointed, and nicely decorated. We had 3 couples in town and there's plenty of room at this home. We'd stay here again.

Great Location/ Awesome house

Overall the house was very clean and absolutely beautiful! The layout is very nice and open. If you dont mind a little walk (about 20mins) downtown Greenville is easily done. There was a pack & play for kids that appeared to fairly new (we had brought our own). Plently of dishes in the kitchen, however not much for pots / pans if you like to cook while on visiting. The yard was nice and perfect to let out little one crawl around. Just need to mindful of neighbors as they are close. The driveway was tricky to get in and out with our truck as the neighbors drive is right next to it and their vehicles would be hanging over. I did have a few grips...we did not recieve the access information until I reached out after our check in time had passed. Second issue was the house stated there was a garage, we were traveling with a truck full, only to be told it was not available. We upped out budget to have a garage and no offer of reduced pricing for unavailability. Overall it is a great house in a great area.

New property.

This is a new home and is extremely clean. Off street parking and close to downtown. The master suite and bathroom are huge. Host is very responsive. I would highly recommend and would stay there again when visiting Greenville.
