First floor oversized master bedroom, first floor guest room suite and upstairs suite complete with a kitchenette, living area with pool table, and two guest bedrooms. Enjoy the 139 feet of waterfront and a new dock with two lifts and spacious area to enjoy the Florida sun. Oversized pool and hot tub with beautiful outdoor kitchen to enjoy the day outside, perfect for entertaining! The home has an oversized two car garage. Awesome house - responsive owner- highly recommend!

The house was beautiful- super clean and comfortable, well-stocked and instructions for operating hot tub, pool, TVs etc v clear and easy to follow. Owner was v responsive with questions and confirmation. Highly recommend and would def book again!

Great Stay

Excellent property. Looks exactly as the pictures. Huge house. There was the slightest issue wirh indoors bugs. But its summertime in Florida. Nothing that will cause me not to stay there again. You won't be disappointed with this property.

AMAZING PROPERTY

This was our first vacation with the whole family in a very long time and I couldn't be more pleased with our rental. Everything you need is right at the property, it's clean, close to everything and everyone had plenty of room. Will def. stay here again. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Fantastic staycation in Marco

We had a fabulous stay in Marco, even though we live just up the road in Naples. We sought out a canal front home with dock and rented a boat for the week from Gator Boat Rentals. The house is spacious and elegant and we enjoyed sunsets from the dock and lightning storms tucked safely in the lanai. We loved using the pool and outdoor kitchen. Owners were gracious enough to allow us to use the boat lift to keep boat safe and available. Our teen boys lived the upstairs with kitchenette and pool table. Our agent Jennifer was available and helpful, responding quickly to questions. We are planning on vacationing at this home again!

No sun on the pool area at all! The only sun was on the dock area, and it smelled terrible. checkout of the house early and stayed in a hotel. Poor description of the pool area. Inside of the house clean and beautiful.

Unfortunately, there was still debris in the canal from the hurricane at the end of September. The debris did have an odor. This will go away over time, but just the result of a natural disaster. The pool area does have alot of shade. I have added this to the website description. It has not been an issue previously. The tenant was refunded for their un-used days at the property.

Beautiful home and location

Home was very comfortable and space was perfect for our family. The outdoor space was our favorite. We used it often. If we come back to Marco Island - would definitely rent this home again.

Home away from home

We had a great stay at this property. The house is exactly as described. It has everything you will need for your stay and more. All the stores are 6 min away. Short drive to the beach. The heated pool and hot tub are great. You can fish, you can relax by the pool. Jennifer is easy to reach and communicate with. We definitely recommend this property and plan to visit again. Great house for large families.

The house is beautiful with a great location and plenty of space for large families. The house has everything you need for cooking, beach excursions (towels, chairs, floats, etc...) and has a couple of fishing poles. I highly recommend it and the property manager was excellent.

Spacious beautiful home

Beautiful home in a great location, especially if you are bringing your boat or renting a boat. Spacious home for 1 or more families. Property manager, Jennifer, was helpful, easy to communicate with, responded quickly to any questions and to resolve/replace two two things that were not working properly in the house. This is a home we would be happy to return to during our next visit to Marco Island.
