Centrally located to skiing, fishing, hiking, hunting or just touring amazing mountains & villages. A cozy place where you can truly relax & get away from everything. Summers you can grill outside & enjoy beautiful mountain views & incredible night skys. Winters sit infront of the wood stove staying cozy & warm while watching the fire glow & enjoying a movie. You are also walking distance to Iron Mountain which is our High Altitude training facility where you could get an amazing workout in with one of two top strength coaches...please feel free to ask for more info on this.

Quiet and very comfortable. Anita, our host, was friendly and easy to communicate with. We appreciated her bringing firewood and kindling for us to enjoy the wood stove/fireplace. Beautiful view and central to all we wanted to see and do. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Great place to stay in Eagle Nest

A great place for our family vacation. Spent four nights in June. Surprisingly roomy and comfortable Well stocked and very clean. Anita the host is such a pleasant host and very customer service minded. We will definitely book with her again!

We stayed here for a quick weekend holiday celebration. The location was super clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Communication with host was easy. She always answered our questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

EAGLE NEST

The home was clean and comfortable. it was peaceful and in a good location for our stay. we enjoyed our stay and communication with the host was excellent. the next time we go we will look to see if this property is available first.

Great convenient house

Our family has a couple of cabins nearby so this location was perfect for us. If you are a family with kids this would be a great spot. Two of the bedrooms are directly connected by a curtain (recommend adding this to the listing description) but we did not need that extra bedroom so it worked for us. Anita was awesome about communicating and making sure our stay was comfortable. We would definitely book one of her cabins/houses again (including this one).

Tremendous Eagle Nest house!

This is our second year to stay in one of Anita's properties. Very nice four-bedroom house with all necessary amenities. Great location within walking distance of Eagle Nest, as well as the Golden Eagle cafe at the end of the street. We'll stay with Anita again, for sure!

Great location for Eagle Nest fishing

This place was perfect for 4 guys. We all had our own room. It is 4 minutes to Eagles Nest Lake. Very clean and had everything we need for our stay. Anita was easy to work with and extremely friendly. We will be staying there for a yearly ice fishing trip.

Gottschalls in NM 2022

This was such an awesome place for us to stay! Perfect for our family to have a "white Christmas" and close to everywhere we could want to go. Our Cozy Vacation

Our big family of 7 enjoyed our stay in the NM mountains over Thanksgiving. It was very clean, and we spread out over the four bedrooms, big dining room table, and utilized all of the kitchen supplies, washer/dryer, etc. The cast-iron fireplace oven was a hit. It kept the whole house cozy through the night with ambiance, was easy to use and no smoke. The owners were kind to explain how it worked and gave us great local hiking suggestions. Just to be clear, the master bedroom and one of the bedrooms are only separated by a curtain and thereby, did not have much privacy from one another. We had to put the four kids in those two bedrooms and stay on the other side for privacy. It was very quiet in the area and the stars are breathtaking. We visited Angel Fire, Red River and Taos from this Eagle Nest home base. Prepare to bring a good amount of food and supplies in as many restaurants were not open at this time.
