Location, location, location!! This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom lake house located on the main water of Lake Blackshear. You will not find a better view or location on the lake. This home has high speed fiber internet, a screened in porch for lounging , an open deck for grilling, a fenced in front yard, 2 docks for laying out and much more. This property is less than a 200 yard boat ride to Cypress Grill or The Retreat located at Lake Blackshear Resort and Golf Club.

Beautiful Lake Views

We loved our stay at this property. It was very large home, we loved the pool table too! Very well stocked with all we needed to cook our meals and grill out. The dock was nice to fish, sun bathe and tie up the boat. Would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

The home was very spacious for family gatherings. From the open kitchen, to areas on the porch were all inviting and spacious to enjoy from dawn to dusk. The grilling area was perfect for the men and ladies to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset. We would certainly stay at this beautiful Lake house again.

best rental at Lake Blackshear thus far

Every year we rent a place for a family reunion in the area. This was the most pleasant residence we have stayed in. It was well kept and had what we needed in the kitchen. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the screened porch and watching the lake.

Beautiful setting and great location

We really enjoyed staying here. Plenty of room for our family and a lovely home. Well stocked kitchen and lots of games etc for kids. Thunder storm knocked out the internet and the owner had someone out within the hour. We would definitely stay here again.

The house/grounds were very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We did notice ants in the kitchen and living room areas, but it did not take away from our stay. We just wanted to mention it because it was more than one time and it might need to be checked. Thank you.

View & Location Five Star

We were in town for my nephew’s wedding. The home provided the perfect spot for our family gathering and for quickly getting around the Lake Blackshear area. I grew up in Albany Georgia so ithe stay was a sweet reminder at the beauty of South Georgia!

Great Family Home

We enjoyed a relaxing stay at this great property while visiting family in the area. Great location on the Lake and close to Striplings for picking up steaks to grill on the Green Egg. Owner was easy to contact and responded quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect family vacay

We had a wonderful time at Lake Blackshear. The home was very clean, roomy and the lake views were spectacular. We have stayed in many different rental homes, this is by far our favorite!!! We will be back!

Lots of fun!

Our adult children and family came from all over the US for a get together. Large spacious house. They even had toys for the kids. We all enjoyed ourselves. Definitely a great place!!
