The townhome's inviting and comfortable lounge areas are perfect for relaxing and entertaining your guests during your stay. The private entrance to the townhome's stairway leads guests to the second floor living room and dining area overlooking the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including ample countertop and storage space, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso and cooking essentials. Ocean views and evening sunsets can be enjoyed from the balcony off the living room.

Guest bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor. The spacious master bedroom suite features a king size bed, a seating area and a patio overlooking the community. The room also includes a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a shower tub combo. The second guest bedroom includes a queen size bed. A bonus room can be used as third bedroom option with a trundle bed that includes two twin beds. The guest bathroom includes a glass enclosed walk-in shower. Other features of the townhome include: air conditioning, fans, WiFi, Roku streaming player, beach chairs, boogie boards, board games, books and a BBQ grill. The rental also includes a washer/dryer and an attached two car garage. The townhome is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay including household supplies, linens and towels.

The resort-style complex offers ocean views, walking trails, green belts, two heated pools and spas, clubhouse with outdoor picnic and BBQ area, tennis courts, volleyball court, and children's playground. The property is within close distance to the Del Mar village, beaches, and Torrey Pines Golf Course. It is also in close proximity to dining and shopping. From the neighborhood it is a quick drive to San Diego favorites such as La Jolla Shores, historic Old Towne San Diego, the San Diego Zoo, Petco Park and the Downtown Gaslamp District. 

Save on your reservation by considering a longer stay! Reservations 31 nights or longer are not charged transient occupancy tax and receive a monthly discount. Inquire for a special rental quote for stays longer than 31 nights.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. The minimum age requirement to book the property is 21 years old.
2. Guests must provide proof of ID. If someone else books the home on behalf of another group or individual, the person who made the booking will also need to submit proof of ID.
3. Reservations for 30 nights or longer will be required to sign a Lease Agreement. Guests who do not agree to the terms and conditions of the Agreement will be asked to cancel their reservation.
4. Payment of the refundable security deposit must be made prior to the check-in date to finalize the reservation. Failure to pay the refundable security deposit will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
5. The cancellation policy written in the listing determines the applicable refund based on the cancellation timeframe.
