The Space:

Morning light filters in as the ocean moves steadily beyond the glass, the rhythm of the waves setting an unhurried tone for your stay. From high above the shoreline, you can pause on the balcony, breathe in the salt air, and watch the coastline stretch toward the city skyline. Even in the cooler months, the view remains expansive and calming, with the water constantly in motion below.



The space

This entire condo sits on a high floor in an oceanfront building, offering ocean view, beach view, resort view, and city skyline view from within the home and the private balcony. Large windows bring in natural light, while heating and air conditioning keep the interior comfortable year-round. The living area invites relaxed evenings with a TV and WiFi, whether you are unwinding after a walk along the beach or enjoying a quiet night indoors.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps up to 6 guests across two bedrooms and three beds. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom includes a king bed and a sofa bed, with access to a second full bathroom. Bed linens and bathroom essentials are provided to support an easy arrival.



Outdoor living & resort access

Step onto the private balcony to take in uninterrupted coastal views and the changing light over the water. Guests also have access to shared resort amenities, including a pool, hot tub, heated lazy river, fire pit, and outdoor seating areas. Shared beach access places the sand and shoreline just steps away, making it easy to move between the condo and the waterfront throughout the day.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen allows you to prepare meals during your stay, whether you are enjoying a slow morning inside or gathering for dinner by the window. A dining table sits nearby, offering a place to share meals while looking out toward the coast.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.



The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.



Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.



... remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
