Family Vacation

When we arrived I noticed a smell in the condo but we were hungry so we brought our stuff in the room and went to eat. When we got back the smell was still there, like a musky smell. It just wasn’t clean. So the next morning I sent an email to the property management group and the immediately sent someone to clean. They were great. However, the condo needs an update. The plastic on the cabinets are falling off. The mattress felt like it had no cushion between you and the springs. The carpet was horrible. Even though they were nice and came to clean, it helped but this condo needs a deep clean. I lost my sunglasses and I lifted up the bed skirts and there was candy and a cookie. Under the dress also had food crumbs. The location was good. Pools were nice except the kiddy pool was too cold to get it. Overall this condo is over priced and it really was a vacation downer. We have a toddler so we spend a good amount of time in the condo and it was disappointing.

False advertising

My family and I stayed for 2 weeks. First off the place was gross and had a stale pee smell. We found a halfeaten sandwich in the pullout sofa. Not only that the sofa bed was broke. The trashcan still had nasty stuff in the bottom of it. Needed a new kitchen faucet. The cabintry was falling off. The guest toliet broke. The jets didnt work in the master bath until i called and didnt know i had to pop the side off the tub and reset it. There was peices of the fridge on top of the fridge completely covered in something. The ac filter needed to be changed. The dryer made a super loud noise. The curtains were coming off. 2 burners didnt work on the stove. Im sure there is more but not only that not one time management reached out to me. Not once and when i asked for some type of refund through email bc they dont answer the phone, i was told wasnt everything fixed..... first off no secondly, i didnt think i was going to be a subcontractor walking around pointing out things that were wrong, when everything should have been as stated in the joke of a paragraph of this place. They threaten to charge u for all kind of stuff if it has to b replaced yet everything was wrong with our place so I expect them to be held to the same standard. The only thing good about this place was the balcony. The pools had a yellow dirty look to them until the middle of our second week stay. The area is awful a couple was literally doing herion by the pool. They use the cheapest of everything. Horrible!!
