This is a wonderful place to stay. It is clean, well decorated, convenient and comfortable. There are many thoughtful extras for travelers. Communication with the landlord is easy with quick responses to any question. I would certainly enjoy staying here again.

Venice Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this rental. It was close to several beaches that we enjoy. The place was decorated with a cute beach decor. It was clean and very comfortable. We would love to come back some time in the future.

Great vacation

This was our first vacation in Florida and we are so grateful yo Susan for making it great. The house was very nice and clean and had everything we needed for living, including well equiped kitchen and even toys for our children. The Siesta Key beach was just gorgeous! We liked this place a lot and already recommended it to our relatives.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was extremely clean and comfortable. It was so well equipped with everything we needed and more. The unit had been updated, and was lovely. Susan was very responsive, and very nice to deal with. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the area!

Stay here! You won’t regret!

The PERFECT getaway! So close to multiple beaches, there’s basically no traffic, cute house and super comfy bed. The shower was phenomenal and the hosts were outstanding- even checked in to make sure we still had power. We will be recommending this to our friends for future visit and we hope to come back and stay one day!

Perfect family vacation…

Susan and John were so pleasant to work with leading up to our vacation and even during our vacation! We celebrated our daughters birthday during our vacation and they were kind enough to have a cake waiting for our girls when we arrived! What a wonderful stay! My boyfriend and I stayed for 4 days with plans to beach hop. This place couldn’t have been any better! The location was minutes away to local beaches and shops. Susan was super helpful and cared to make our trip special- she even accommodated us with a cooler after we asked if she had one! So nice ! You will not regret this stay :D

Coastal heaven

We had a great stay at this rental. It was very clean and quiet although it is close to a busy highway. We were a few minutes drive to the beautiful Oscar sherer state park with several hiking trails and the 25 mile bike trail as well as close to several beaches and grocery store. The owners and neighborhood are friendly. We hope to return next year!

Easy access to Venice, Sarasota and everything in between

Perfect fit for a week stay in the area. Just off of highway 41 which links everything from beach’s, restaurants, shopping, and kayaking. Was even able to spend a day assisting those in need after the hurricane down in Ft Meyers, easy drive down I75. Place was in great condition and well decorated. Susan even stopped by to check in on us. Thanks for the great week.

Perfect for two

Property was excellent. Susan was a great host along with her husband John. I was here during Hurricane Ian, I left to stay on the East Coast till Friday after the storm. Place was still there and we still had power. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Nokomis.

Beautiful one bedroom duplex, sparkling clean, decorated beautifully, and near great Gulf Coast beaches. Susan is very responsive with communication, and does all she can to make sure everything is good for her guests. Had breakfast at the Breakfast cottage, and it was lovely on the deck under the Live Oak dripping with Spanish moss. Also enjoyed pizza from The Local. Perfect for our needs.

Super Find!!

The premises were absolutely immaculate and contained everything you could possibly need. The location is a 10. Access to beaches - restaurants - supermarkets and I-75 and US41 were ideal. We felt at home from the moment we arrived and were welcomed with fresh flowers on the kitchen table and a cooler of goodies for the beach. The owners are accommodating and give you your own space. We are hoping to go back again next year.

Fantastic stay and wonderful host

We absolutely loved our stay in this immaculate and comfortable home in Nokomis. Susan our host was amazing in every way. She is friendly, helpful and accommodating! She has done a wonderful job with the interior decorations. The bedroom and bathroom had nice linens and the home was very clean. A gift bag awaited us when we arrived and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. From cookware to prep knives, wine glasses and coffee mugs. Everything you could possible need was there. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again.

Beyond Exceptional!!

This stay was extremely beautiful! The house is BEAUTIFUL! literally everything you need is there. Very convenient area, stores within a 5 min drive. Nice Outside sitting, grilling area. It was just amazing! Definitely will use again! Susan was just a kind individual who offered help if we needed anything. The hospitality was just beyond exceptional!! Thanks so much for everything! my nokomis visit

This was the second time we stayed here. The unit is well decorated and well stocked. The location is close to the beach and shopping, restaurants. The owner lives on the property as this is a duplex. It has a lanai with a grill and tables and chairs. would recommend this property for a couple or a family with a few small children. The bedroom has a queen bed with a sofa sleeper. Has a very large kitchen with all new appliances and washer and dryer. 2 tv,s with roku and wifi .

Great Stay in Nokomis FL

What a nice place to stay. Comfortable, very clean and cutely decorated. All the furnishings are like new, and it has a fully equipped large kitchen with dining area. All the amenities you could want. Good location with easy access to Nokomis Beach, Venice and a short drive to Sarasota. Definitely a great place to stay in the Venice/Nokomis area.
