Perfect for fishing, hiking, clay shooting, wineries and just relaxing! RiverSound Cabin features four bedrooms with two king bed master suites, one queen bed in upper loft with private half bath and one queen bed and bunk bed with twin and double on lower level with additional full bath. Maximum occupancy is 10 based on new Fannin County STR ordinance. The cabin sleeps 11 in beds. Well-equipped kitchen and dining area featuring a large 8 person table with additional seating available in den area, outdoor dining table for 6, game room dining/bar height table for 4 and lower level outdoor dining for 8! Two large decks on both the main and lower floors with beautiful wooded views and featuring a mountain vista at one end of the home which features a sunset view over the mountain ridge! Perfect for morning coffee and end of the day tea or glass of wine with a view! Full finished basement with game room and wine bar complete with ping pong table, foosball, darts, board games, refrigerator, bar table, couches and additional TV area. Spend your evenings grilling, playing games, watching movies or hanging out by the firepit or gas log fireplace! Cabin location offers ample privacy, nature & wildlife sightings and relaxation! Expansive lower deck features a 7 person hot tub!

Our cabin is pet-friendly, but guests are subject to additional fees and terms within our rental agreement. Rental agreement must be reviewed and signed before check-in.

This cabin was the perfect location for our family over Christmas. They put up a cute tree and garland on the banister. It’s a little bit of a drive into town, but a very pretty drive and we just planned our activities accordingly. The upstairs is very comfy for sitting by the fire and watching a movie or playing one of the many games downstairs. Our family had a wonderful time and took advantage of everything this cute cabin had to offer.

What a great place to stay in Blue Ridge! This cabin is beautiful, with tons of space, lots of great amenities, and a view! The hosts are very nice and very helpful. I definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!

I have no idea where to start. This cabin was absolutely perfect for my family’s week vacation! We wished we could have stayed longer! It is nice, private and pet friendly! We loved having two masters on the main level especially since I had a broken foot. There was plenty of space for my two kids as well! The internet was a bit spotty but that honestly didn’t bother us adults at all! We spent a lot of time on the back deck. And the fire pit outside was a big hit! We had wiener roasts and smore time! Sarah, the host, was great with communication! I couldn’t ask for a better host. If I had questions, she was quick to answer! We definitely would love to come back. 10/10 recommend!

Week get away

Perfect. This place is awesome. Bring you clothes and food. Everything you need is there. Loved this place. Relaxed the whole time. Everything you need to cook with. Great selection of pots, pans, bowls and utensils. The home is furnished so comfortably. Plenty of room for a large family. The host are very quick to respond.We will book again.

Nice Property and fun location.

The property was exactly what we were looking for to spend our holiday vacation. The house was spacious and had lots of games (darts, pingpong, foosball). The Jacuzzi and fire pit were amazing. We met the Neighbors down the road ( Tom and Marsha) and they were so friendly and offered us a tour of their property and the surrounding area. We enjoyed a short trip to the hanging bridge and nearby waterfall. My only recommendation to future renters is to pickup supplies on your way in as there are not any groceries stores nearby.

Incredible Host!

This cabin is adorable,clean,and spacious. It has a wonderful basement with lots of games and space.Sarah is the best host we have ever worked with! We had a few accommodations we needed that were out of the norm, and she graciously helped us with them. She was quick with communication. She went above and beyond. If I could her 10 stars out of 5, I would. We will definitely stay here again!

Just what we needed

Beautiful and private

We had a wonderful stay in your cabin. Our teens had their own space and lots of activities to stay entertained. Our dogs were not just allowed, but welcomed. The cabin was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we truly enjoyed spending our Thanksgiving here. Plenty of space and items to cook a full holiday meal. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub as well. We look forward to visiting again!

Great location for a getaway

We loved this place! We will book again. Hosts communcate well. The only issue we had was the gravel road going up to the house. Its big gravel and not so easy for motorcycles

Fall Getaway

The cabin was fantastic! Everything you would need was supplied. The view was spectacular. The only issue was the very narrow steps going down stairs. You could go outside then down the hill to back porch but that was not convenient.

Peace in the Mountains

Easy to get to, property manager provided perfect, easy to follow instructions and was very responsive via VRBO. Great location, lots to see and do within a short distance and views were spectacular.

Labor Day weekend getaway

We wanted a relaxing weekend getaway!! We found that at this cabin. The cabin was a great fit for our group of friends and family. We had 5 adults and 7 kids from ages 2 to 16. With a short drive into downtown and plenty of trails and waterfront near by.

We enjoyed our stay Brad checked in to see if everything was ok a couple of times . Very nice and clean property plenty of parking. Our only problem was no soap anywheres to shower with we never had that problem before.

We fell in love with this property as soon as we entered the door and saw the massive two story stone fireplace from floor to ceiling with beautiful mountain forest peeping through all of the windows. As we headed to the back deck, our breaths were taken away by the mountain ridge view on the right end of the home. The expansive deck area is great for morning coffee, lounging, reading and games with sounds of the Toccoa River in the background. The cabin location offers ample privacy, river sounds, wildlife and beautiful vistas of the Chattahoochee National Forest and mountain ranges.
