The cutest apartment ever! Loved the brick interior walls and the whole set up in general. They had a k cup coffee maker with coffee enough for a few days . Water bottles and snacks were left for us as well. We were in a very walkable area with tons of shops and restaurants right outside our door. The host was very prompt at getting back to our messages. Overall we would definitely stay here again .

Wonderful location

This is probably one of the most convenient properties we have stayed at in Waynesville. Out the door and within one block of the best restaurants and bars hot to mention all the great shops. We’ll be back.

Location was perfect. Wish we had a designated parking spot. We didn't have any instructions on how to get into the main stairwell entrance. Fortunately someone was coming out as we were going in. The lock box for the apartment had a key to the stairwell, so was not an issue once we got in. Overall really enjoyed the location, and the place was clean and comfortable.

Fantastic location, fantastic apartment

This apartment above a local restaurant was a great find for us. It is so well appointed and comfortable, the owner provided bottled water, coffee and some snacks, and the location is unbeatable. Walkable to anywhere in downtown Waynesville and an easy drive to many local attractions and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Great Apartment & Location!!

It was perfect for our needs. A beautifully decorated apartment with all that you need. We loved being on Main Street in Waynesville. Just park your car, get settled in, and walk to dining, shopping, beverages & entertainment. Best part was not having to call a car after an evening of celebratory beverages!! Just walked upstairs to apartment after the fun. We hope to visit again soon!

Great Place Close to Everything

We had a great time in this small town of Waynesville. The location was in the middle of everything. We didn't even move the car the whole stay. Great shops, Great music, Great food and Great nightlife. Only thing to be concerned with is we were right over a bar. If a little noise concerns you, just be aware. The bedroom sound machine took care of this for us but we knew it was over a bar so this is in no way a complaint on our part.

Great Place to Stay

We rented this condo for our "Thanksgiving Getaway". The unit was well represented and actually larger than the pictures led us to believe. I was a little worried about the bar below, but we are not early-to-bed people anyway, so the two nights that the music was playing did not bother us. We loved having the large kitchen area and also loved that everything is new and very clean. Being right in the middle of downtown was great. We walked to all the good restaurants and shopping without ever getting in the car. We would definitely return on our next trip to Waynesville.

Nice spot

clean and modernized, just as listed. no issues with parking and noise as some others have noted (it *is* downtown after all!). only minus is there’s no regular cable service
 or at least I couldn’t find it. some issues with WiFi, but maybe user error.

Location, location, location!

The place was clean and had everything we needed. We loved being downtown; however we most likely will not stay there again, as the live band downstairs went on until midnight, making it very difficult to sleep. This went on every night we were there. A white noise machine may have helped some.

Wonderful place to stay but not to park

My car was hit while staying here. There’s parking in the back as well as on the street. (they give you a map)I parked in the back where I was told to park and there wouldn’t be any problems. I have a Tahoe and was concerned about the size of the truck; On street parking is sometimes an issue. Went to get in the truck the next day and someone has hit the rear panel.. This was the only downfall. I loved the apartment and yes there was some noise due to the bar down stairs but absolutely nothing unbearable, would not keep you from sleeping. I would definitely stay here again but not drive any bigger sized car. The hosts were very responsive on answering questions, seemed to be super nice! It would be nice if they had there own places for parking. I did not contact them about my truck because I assumed there would be nothing they could do since nice it was a public parking area.

Second stay was FANTASTIC!

This was the second time my husband and I have stayed in this unit in the last six months. Just as before, everything was perfect! We enjoyed being right in the heart of downtown Waynesville but also being such a short drive from Asheville. The apartment itself is immaculately clean and comfortable, and the process of checking in and out couldn’t be easier. You simply cannot go wrong booking this unit for a stay. We plan to visit again and again!!

Weekend hiking/fishing

Great place. Brand new. Easy access. Great brewery downstairs and surprisingly a nice number of good restaurants in Waynesville. Easy access to Asheville if you need it.
