Enjoy the beautiful weather in Fort Myers! This condo is close to everything, restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The Hideaway Country Club golf course is spectacular and renters can actually get a tee time as compared to several of the other golf communities that are nearly impossible to get on the course as a renter during January-March. Less than 5 minutes to Bell Tower Shops and 15 minutes to historic downtown Fort Myers. Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are a short 25 minute drive.
This condo has been updated recently with tile in the main living areas and bathrooms. The King Bedroom is wood laminate and the other two bedrooms are carpeted. Beautifully decorated, you'll feel relaxed and refreshed when staying here. Ground floor unit, just steps from the heated pool. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, and cart are provided for your trips to the beach.
